Last night I worked up to a 295x5 bench which is a tied PR for me with my pre injury best. Feeling good about that. I then added my slingshot and worked up to 355 x4. Ill have a full workout write up tonight.

Nice work Inarius and you have done quite a bit of growing too! Glad to hear the shoulder is holding up. Mine is getting better now. I hit 185x15 on bench yesterday with a regular grip and no issues. Will work up slowly though...

    Deadlift day !

    Deadlifts
    355 x5
    405 x3
    455 x1
I wasn't really feeling high rep pulls today. My lower back was a little tight so instead I opted to do a heavy single instead.

    505 x1

    Dimel Deadlifts
    135 3 sets of 10
    185 x10

    Spread Eagle Situps w/60lbs
    3 sets of 10

    KB Swings
    4 sets of 10

Felt good tonight just a little lower back tightness. Used some horse liniment tonight for the first time and it felt great on the back. Worked great to relieve my lower back tightness. Can't wait for my deload week next week. Time to recover...

    Infinit E Review

    Mixing: 7/10
I found that it didn't mix the greatest for me. 2 scoops in 32oz water is what I normally did. It seemed to me like 1 scoop per 32oz worked better. I often would mix one scoop at a time for this reason.

    Taste: 10/10
I loved the taste. It didn't taste much of anything but if I had to describe it, I would have to say that it was like a pina colada or cotton candy snow cone that melted. I greatly enjoyed the flavor and had no problems chugging it down.

    Effectiveness: 9/10
One of the better intra products that I have used. I have used 2 others that I can think of off the top of my head. I had no problem using this to get me through fasted workouts... including squat day. I was grateful to be able to rely on it to get me through training sessions where I was hungry going in or started feeling a lack of energy midway through. I had no digestion problems while on this and I even felt that it helped my pump on arm day.

    Overall: 9/10

Would I buy this again? Yup. No questions asked. I would put this at the top my list of intra workout products.

I really enjoyed mixing Nan02 2 scoops and Infinit E 1 scoop together pre workout and drinking it before the gym and then 2 more scoops while I was training. Made for some great workouts and extremely solid PRs.

    Codygen Nan02 Final Review

    Taste: 8/10.
No problems with the taste here. It was a very mild flavor and not very noticeable. I had no problems drinking it.

    Mixability: 9/10.
It didn't dissolve immediately but after a few shakes everything seemed very well mixed up.

    Effectiveness: 9/10

At the beginning of this log, I was having trouble with my training sessions because I was often held back due to being out of breath during heavy sets. Heavy squats and deadlifts would kill me because I couldn't breathe well enough during the lifts and my endurance sucked. After a few days of Nan02, it felt like I had a whole new pair of lungs. My squat and deadlift sets were now coming to an end because of true failure and not prematurely because of lack of breath. When I was on this, never did I feel gassed or short of breath. I definitely noticed most on heavy sets but also pushing/pulling the sled. I used to be gassed after 3-4 passes of the sled. After a few doses of Nan02, I didnt have any problem pushing well past the 3-4 set mark.

I began flipping the tire today and I was able to flip it about 40-50 times compared to the 10-20 times that I could do it a few months ago.

I would definitely buy this product again to help push my endurance to the next level.

I'd like to thank MST for the opportunity to log these two great products and for helping me push myself to hit a few new PRs.

I'll be moving back to my old log now if anyone wants to continue to follow me, I'll be posting here from now on:
