    I'm really digging the Infinit E. The taste is really refreshing. I've been dropping a few ice cubes in my shaker before I leave my place and then mixing it in. Makes it really refreshing. I could get used to this.

    Squats felt great today. I could've had another rep or two but I didn't want to push it too far. Having absolutely no conditioning problems right now and I'm loving it. I will pin this on Nan02. I went into this workout fasted just like last week. I mixed 1 scoop of Infinit E and 2 scoops of Nan02 together and drank it on the way to the gym. When I got there I loaded up two more scoops of Infinit E. Took me through the workout without any kind of problem. This is becoming a great stack. Can't wait to push it further and see where it takes me in the next few weeks.

    Now the downside... There's no caffeine or stims here... so keep that in mind when you are looking into this. If I need a boost, I drink a cup of coffee pre workout now and dose like normal. Loving it.

    Ever since my Monday SKWAT session, my lower back has been pretty tight and achy. I went into this work out feeling pretty grizzled and tight. I was dehydrated and not mentally prepared to do what I needed to do. My training partner bailed 5 minutes before we were supposed to meet because he wanted to go to a party. The whole day was just a mess so going into this I knew it wouldn't be good but we all have these days.

    The Worlds Crappiest Deadlifts
    worked up to 405 x5 (terrible reps. I couldn't get tight and my hips kept shooting up before my back. So I stopped at 5 reps)

    Dimel Deadlifts
    3 sets of 20 with 135

    Foam Rolling and Stretching x a bazillion

    Then I went home. Feeling defeated and determined to come back.

    Chasing a pump today. Felt good. Demolished my shoulders and arms. Felt pretty pumped and accomplished at the end of this workout.

    Haha I've definitely been there before. End up eating a whole ton of carbs and then I think to myself... I'll just have a protein shake to balance it out and call it a meal.

Put some size on first and then clean it up. Lol Got to go big man. First day back in school for my 9yr old and she needs daddy to tuck her in.

    Busting PR's left and right with this stack. Felt good today. Could have had a 5th rep but I've been breaking too many PR's lately . I felt that if I would have attempted a 5th that I could have got it but my form would have been compromised so because this is only training and not a meet or anything, I backed off and saved it for another day.

    Front Squats
    135 x10 (4 sets)

    Hanging Leg Raise
    4 sets of 10

    Calf Raises
    3 sets of 10

    Felt good after this. Definitely going to be sore tomorrow. Already starting to progress towards my goals in this new year...

    I was gonna post some metal today but this song has been stuck in my head all day so here it is...

  37. A Note... I had mentioned before that I was trying to get into my 4th meet in March some time... The meet I had planned for was cancelled and pushed back in to the Fall. I'm still going to plan to do it, it will just give me more time to get ready and meet my goal. There's some talk about a few local meets popping up here closer to the summer. I might jump in one of those or I might just wait it out and see how far 5/3/1 will take me.
