Good, I didn't like those vag exercises anyways....

Wow! A lot of big names in here! Welcome everyone to the reunion log!

    Long time no see Volcom!

Yesterday I hit my bench workout.

I didn't dose my MST supplements because it had to be a super abbreviated workout. We got a foot of snow last night and I went to the gym in the middle of it so I was only there 30 minutes. Didn't want to waste a dose of both products for such a short workout.

    Bench
    225 x3
    255 x5
Everything felt good up to here...
    285 x3
The last set felt... off so I stopped after the prescribed 3 reps and moved on. Didn't want to push my shoulder so soon. I just didn't have enough time to warm up.

    Cable Chest Flies
    4 sets of 12

    Lat Pull down
    4 sets of 12

    Tricep pushdowns
    5 sets of 12

And then home to get out of the snow.

    Tonight was deadlifts...

    Deads
    330 x3
    380 x3
    440 x7 (New PR)

    Hamstring Curls
    4 sets of 10 w/ 2 plates

Rack pulls from just below the knees
    135 x3
    225 x3
    315 x3
    405 x1
    495 x1
    545 x1
595 x1 (Highest I've ever rack pulled soooooo.... New rack pull PR lol)

That was all for today. Working on stuffing my face to get my bodyweight to be somewhere closer to 260. Even after the holiday feast, I'm still only 250.

    Todays Video:

It's a change of pace from the normal metal/rock... just a heads up...

Nice deadlifts workout. I used to combine deads and racks on the same day too.

Thanks man. Im going to rotate my deadlift accessory movements so I'm not always pulling heavy like that. It will be between heavy rack pulls, medium stiff legged deads, and light trap bar deads.

Thats the plan boss. Stronger deadlift means a stronger squat too. Time to get strong.

I wanted to start rack deads again this week but my gym was on weird times so I couldn't. I find I recover better with rack deads vs. full (no real surprise)

I'm going to save the fulls for a little squat/deads/bench (incline) blast idea I have planned for the summer. I'm sure I'll be in touch before

Let me know about that blast idea. Sounds interesting. Would it be for power or size or both?
