The objective of this log will be to try out the new Infinit-E and Cordygen Nan02 from MST and lift some heavy weights in the process.

About me:

Age: 24

Weight: 255lbs

Height: 6ft 2

Current Supplements: Infinit-E, Cordygen Nan02, Joint Mechanic

Dosing:
Infinit-E : 2 scoops Intra Workout
Nan02 : 1 scoop 20 min pre workout
Joint Mechanic : 3 caps before bed

Training: 5/3/1 for Powerlifting

PRs:
Bench: Pre Injury: 315x4, 355 x1 Post Injury: 290 x5
Squat: (A2G in just a belt): 315x8, 425 x1
Deadlift: 510x2, 550x1

What I expect:
Infinit-E : Hoping to use this as a good replacement for my current Intra Workout product... Gatorade... Hoping to be able to use it to fuel my workouts so I can keep up the intensity throughout my training sessions.

Nan02: I'm hoping to increase my endurance here so I can be able to easily hit some high rep sets and put some reps on my heavy squat and deadlift days without getting gassed.

Feel free to ask any questions in the log and I'll try my best to answer them.

They went pretty well. I worked up to 365 x 5. I'll post the full detailed workout after I take care of the family stuff today.

Woke up a little late, hit my Nan02 and mixed up some Infinit E and off to the gym...

Good hip strengthener

Good day despite just waking up and going after it. Didn't have any problems getting hungry during my workout or feeling weak. Infinit E definitely pulled me through this workout.

Those single leg press numbers are stupid, I'm jelly. Good to see the "fasted" training did you well.
Thanks man. I like to do them because they allow me to stretch out my hips if I do them right. I like to think that they have helped me... I stole them from one of Kabuki's videos a few months ago.

My left hip is a little jacked up, I'll look into throwing them into the mix. Ab/ad ductors didnt help much. Thanks for the tip
I like those and doing hip work with bands to help my hips. Stan Efferding has a video online showing him doing some band work as a warm up before squatting some heavy weights... I'll see if I can find it for you. I believe he had a hip impingement and still squatted over 900.

DW, I do a lot of what he's doing in this video. I've also used some heavier bands and did working sets with a few of the exercises. It can be pretty brutal.

I myself cannot activate my glute minimus/medius with just squats or press and adductions have really brought out my donka donk.

Long time no see Volcom!

Yesterday I hit my bench workout.

I didn't dose my MST supplements because it had to be a super abbreviated workout. We got a foot of snow last night and I went to the gym in the middle of it so I was only there 30 minutes. Didn't want to waste a dose of both products for such a short workout.

Thanks man. Im going to rotate my deadlift accessory movements so I'm not always pulling heavy like that. It will be between heavy rack pulls, medium stiff legged deads, and light trap bar deads.

Thats the plan boss. Stronger deadlift means a stronger squat too. Time to get strong.
I wanted to start rack deads again this week but my gym was on weird times so I couldn't. I find I recover better with rack deads vs. full (no real surprise)

I'm really digging the Infinit E. The taste is really refreshing. I've been dropping a few ice cubes in my shaker before I leave my place and then mixing it in. Makes it really refreshing. I could get used to this. :trink26:

Squats felt great today. I could've had another rep or two but I didn't want to push it too far. Having absolutely no conditioning problems right now and I'm loving it. I will pin this on Nan02. I went into this workout fasted just like last week. I mixed 1 scoop of Infinit E and 2 scoops of Nan02 together and drank it on the way to the gym. When I got there I loaded up two more scoops of Infinit E. Took me through the workout without any kind of problem. This is becoming a great stack. Can't wait to push it further and see where it takes me in the next few weeks.

Now the downside... There's no caffeine or stims here... so keep that in mind when you are looking into this. If I need a boost, I drink a cup of coffee pre workout now and dose like normal. Loving it.
