  4. Wow! A lot of big names in here! Welcome everyone to the reunion log!

    Long time no see Volcom!

Yesterday I hit my bench workout.

I didn't dose my MST supplements because it had to be a super abbreviated workout. We got a foot of snow last night and I went to the gym in the middle of it so I was only there 30 minutes. Didn't want to waste a dose of both products for such a short workout.

    Bench
    225 x3
    255 x5
Everything felt good up to here...
    285 x3
The last set felt... off so I stopped after the prescribed 3 reps and moved on. Didn't want to push my shoulder so soon. I just didn't have enough time to warm up.

    Cable Chest Flies
    4 sets of 12

    Lat Pull down
    4 sets of 12

    Tricep pushdowns
    5 sets of 12

And then home to get out of the snow.

  5. Tonight was deadlifts...

    Deads
    330 x3
    380 x3
    440 x7 (New PR)

    Hamstring Curls
    4 sets of 10 w/ 2 plates

Rack pulls from just below the knees
    135 x3
    225 x3
    315 x3
    405 x1
    495 x1
    545 x1
595 x1 (Highest I've ever rack pulled soooooo.... New rack pull PR lol)

That was all for today. Working on stuffing my face to get my bodyweight to be somewhere closer to 260. Even after the holiday feast, I'm still only 250.

    Todays Video:

It's a change of pace from the normal metal/rock... just a heads up...

Thanks man. Im going to rotate my deadlift accessory movements so I'm not always pulling heavy like that. It will be between heavy rack pulls, medium stiff legged deads, and light trap bar deads.

Thats the plan boss. Stronger deadlift means a stronger squat too. Time to get strong.

I wanted to start rack deads again this week but my gym was on weird times so I couldn't. I find I recover better with rack deads vs. full (no real surprise)

I'm going to save the fulls for a little squat/deads/bench (incline) blast idea I have planned for the summer. I'm sure I'll be in touch before

Let me know about that blast idea. Sounds interesting. Would it be for power or size or both?

  17. Overhead press and Arms from Saturday Morning...

    1 scoop Nan02
    2 scoops Infinit E

    OHP
    115 x3
    135 x3
    155 x8 PR

    Side Raises w/ KB
    8kg kb for 5 sets of 10

    Face Pulls
    4 sets of 12

    Long EZ Curl Bar Curls
    50 lbs + bar weight
    3 sets of 10

    Rolling Tricep Extensions
    30's x12
    40's x10
    50's x8

    Db Hammer Curls
    40's x8
    50's x8
    50's x5 Drop to 40's x6

    Close grip tricep pushdowns
    3 sets of 10

    Cable Concentration Curls
    4 sets of 10

I'm really digging the Infinit E. The taste is really refreshing. I've been dropping a few ice cubes in my shaker before I leave my place and then mixing it in. Makes it really refreshing. I could get used to this.

  18. Monday Morning SKWATZ

    SKWATZ
    275 x5
    300 x5
345 x7 PR Up 10lbs from last week.

    Single Leg Press
    1 pps x10
    2 pps x8
    3 pps x8
    3 pps x8

    Both Legs
    3 pps x25

    Calf Raises
    4 sets of 10

Squats felt great today. I could've had another rep or two but I didn't want to push it too far. Having absolutely no conditioning problems right now and I'm loving it. I will pin this on Nan02. I went into this workout fasted just like last week. I mixed 1 scoop of Infinit E and 2 scoops of Nan02 together and drank it on the way to the gym. When I got there I loaded up two more scoops of Infinit E. Took me through the workout without any kind of problem. This is becoming a great stack. Can't wait to push it further and see where it takes me in the next few weeks.

Now the downside... There's no caffeine or stims here... so keep that in mind when you are looking into this. If I need a boost, I drink a cup of coffee pre workout now and dose like normal. Loving it.

  22. lol that's good. Fortunately my gym is pretty insulated from the whole new year resolution thing.

    Bench Day today

    Bench
    135 x10, x10, x5
    225 x5
    235 x5
265 x8 (Coming back. 10lbs away from my 8RM. Had more in the tank but I'm not pushing my bench as hard. Letting it come up slowly so the shoulder can adjust accordingly.)

    Pull ups
    bw x5, x5, x4

    Flat DB Bench
    80 x10
    90 x8
    90 x7

    Lat pulldown
    3 sets of 8

    Cable Flies
    3 sets of 10

    Chest Supported Tbar row
    3 sets x8

    Tricep Pushdowns
    5 sets of 10

Felt great today. Had a sweet pump leaving the gym. No resolutioners around. Just little old me trying to move some weight.
