Nice high rep bench w. 225. The most I ever got was 23 reps but I had proposed a challenge to a friend and spent almost 2 months training for endurance. These were not perfect reps either. I was hitting 315 x 3-5 (usually closer to 3) when I started doing that. After training for endurance I had a lot of trouble with 315x1 and could only get it on "good days"

Now I usually hit 225 as a burn out on my last set getting 12-15 reps or sometimes 8-10 depending on how much energy I had left.

I know what you mean, I was pressing a lot more before a pec tear last year.

Update: Yesterday I took the day off and hit the snow with some buddies, great day.

I got home, and missed my leg day though so today the 16th was my leg day. I didn't put up the weight I'd like to have, but my legs got the work they needed.

Used 3 scoops of origin today, two pre worout and one intra-since I planned on staying a while.

COULDN'T GET VIDEO IN, MY PHONE HAD DIED

    Front squat:

Warmed up with the bar ATG.

    135lbs X 20
    205lbs x 15
    225lbs x 10
    255lbs x 8

    Squats:

    255lbs x 5
    225lbs x 10
    225lbs x 10
    135lbs x failure

    Hamstring curls:
    90lbs x 15
    90lbs x 10
    90lbs x 10
    90lbs x 12

Stationary bike for a quick 5 minutes to get some cramps out, had tweaked my back on front squats.

    Deficit deadlifts:

    135lbs x 15
    225lbs x 10
    315lbs x 12
    Stopped here due to back

Squat position single hand cable rows:

    120lbs x 12 each hand
    160lbs x 12 each hand
    180lbs x 8 each hand
    120lbs x 15 each hand

    Quad extensions :
    120lbs x 12 each leg
    120lbs x 12 each leg
    90lbs x 10 each leg
    90lbs x 10 each leg

    Single leg, leg press:

    120lbs x 15
    120lbs x 15
    120lbs x 15
    120lbs x 10

Legs were shaking at this point so I moved on to squats in the smith machine, just trying to get a great stretch in.
I pause at he bottom making sure I have a full 100% range of motion.
135x12 + super set with calve raises till failure
    135x12 + SS
    135x12 + SS
    135x12 + SS

Wrapped it up with about 3 minutes on the stationary again to get blood flow for recovery.

Everyone is getting sick, it sucks. If you're into herbal remedies. Oregano oil and grapefruit seed extract are great at knocking out viruses. Get well.

I used to joke that I was training for the combine. All I was missing was an insane amount of natural talent for high level football.

    Yesterday

"Today was a back day, still a bit sore from yesterday having tweaked it on squats. Wasn't really feeling "on" today but still got a great pump in.

Couldn't get a video in, can't seem to find anywhere to stand my damn phone up without it falling off every other minute.

Took my 2 scoops of Origin, and some slinsane V2 with a 25g carb shake. Man my arms GREW.

    Seated rows:

    250lbs x 12
    250lbs x 12
    300lbs x 2 (hooks)
    180lbs x failure

    Bent over barbell rows :
    135lbs x 15 -SS with 120lb dumbbell krok row
    135lbs x 15 -SS
    225lbs x 12 -SS
    275lbs x 3

    Seated hammer machine:

    90lbs x 15
    90lbs x 15
    135lbs x 10
    135lbs x 8

    Tbar rows:
    90lbs x failure
    135lbs x failure
    135lbs x failure

    Neutral grip lat pulldown:
    130lbs x 12
    150lbs x 10
    150lbs x 8
    120lbs x 12

Then moved on to high pulling, no real weight just getting the pump to my upper back/shoulders.
I have a bit of a bad mind muscle connection to this zone so I never actually put any weight up, just try to get the movement in. I use deadlifts for trap thickness.

Also worked biceps and the such, overall not a bad workout. "

Thanks bro! Took me a long time to get my lifts up haha.

Lifted with my buddy today to help him out with his back lifts, 2 scoops of Origin got me through work and a 2 hour lift on only 3 hours of sleep.

I cant remember everything I pulled but -

    Deadlifts:
    225x30
    280x12
    365x8
    415x4

All without a belt etc. Not too shabby.

Edit : this was AFTER heavy bent over rows, topping out at 275lb for 8 reps

Thats big work. BB rows and DLs are such a tricky thing. Idk about you, but if I BB row after I DL, my lower back is spent and I struggle to move adequate weight. And vice versa, BB rows seems to fatigue my upper back before DL.

I love rows! Haha I don't do the traditional row though. I like yo relax my lats and arms to a dead hang. Hits the lats like crazy and you still get the trap/etc work.

Yes sir! I love origin, im not too stimmed out and have insane focus. I rarely notice what is going on in the gym around me.

Yesterday was my first day back to boxing after my two month ordeal. Took one scoop of origin and went. Had a great 90minute session.

I am noticing I like 1 scoop much more than 2. I don't feel like 1 gets me going untill I start to work out. It's like an on switch out of no where. 2 gets me amped but I get to the gym and my heart rate is already up some stim junkies will disagree with me though.

1 seems to complement my work out as a performance enhancer. 2 (1 serving) scoops feels more like a pre work out

I'd have to agree, I like just having one scoop before cardio/long workouts. But if im having a bad day and I just want to get in and get out, 2-3 scoops!

Origin is a win so far. Lifts are great, focus is on point, and best of all I still feel the same taking it as I did on day one.

Damn, i updated today, i suppose my phone died before it sent haha.

Day 30 was today, another sleepless night but i took two scoops of origin and hit the gym in the AM.

    Seated rows:
    260x12
    260x12
    260x8
    205x20

    Single hand cable row:
    150x12
    150x10
    150x15
    120x15

    Front pull downs:
    140x15
    140x15
    120x12
    120x12

    Krok rows:
    100x12
    100x8
    100x8

    Flat bench :
    135x50
    205x32
    225x15

Then moved on to tbar rows and then 30min on the stationary bike.

Day 30 feels the same as Day 1. It's pretty damn awesome. No headaches etc, hydration is fine, stimulant is great.

Alrighty! I tried to update this yesterday but the webpage wasn't working.

Had another great workout thanks to Origin. I used one scoop, and then boxed for 90minutes and then came home ate, and about 40 minutes later I took two scoops and hit the gym for a lift. Had a great chest workout, felt like my pecs were going to tear.

I'm almost done with my tub

Alrighty this has been a long log haha.

I got a pretty sick lift in yesterday, I added hemavol into the mix and had a great synergy.

Pumps were great, my chest seems to be growing now that I focus on the contractions more. Origin much like Hemavol will become part of my must haves.

Today is my last workout with Origin by Genomyx.

I have definitely had a fun time with Origin, be it lifting weights or lacing up my gloves.

    Effectiveness: 10/10

-There was NO problem with my cardio, which tends to be an issue with me and pre workouts. I can only use a lot of product before a lift, as they make me cramp up or short of breath during aerobic excercise. To add to that, my body never wanted to stop. Strength and drive were there, even when off a testosterone booster. It coupled well with products like Hemavol, BCAA's, and there was never any need for an extra stimulant.

-I'm trying to nit pick but honestly there is nothing I can complain about. The coloring did stain my carpet but that's my fault for spilling my drink.

Taste: 10/10 , if it were sold as a flavoring, I'd totally buy it.
Actually mixed it with Vodka for my buddies 21st...very very easy to drink. (I do not recommend)

Cost: 10/10, You can't complain about a product that lasts forever.

    Mixibility: 10/10

    No clumps at all.

Would I buy again? I already have!

Thanks so much for taking the time to log and review this. I have become addicted to the flavor of this. By far my favorite tasting one. I had it stain my counter one day because my bottle had fallen over and there was just a bit left. I've gotten it fixed now..
It does work very well. I have to agree. I am picky too.

I now realise I typed, " can only use a lot of product before a lift, as they make me cramp up or short of breath during aerobic exercise".

Haha what I meant was I can't use a lot of products BECAUSE they cause me to cramp up and be short of breath during cardio.

Haha no problem. Happy to see that you lived the product.
