I can relate. I take 1-3 scoops depending on how I feel. I always want to have just enough to get me going some days it only takes 1 scoop. Early days its 2 pre 1 w. protocol intra.

Yup! I may be tossing in some protocol soon.

Edit: had a great chest day on saturday. Was sore but hit 225 on incline for 10 pretty easily.

Im not big on COP though, i'll be using the old school formula.

Note* recently came off of my antibiotics, I am now sick. Not sure if it is related. I'll still be wrapping up and hitting the gym tonight.

  5. I hate sitting at home while sick so I covered up and hit the gym for a leg day yesterday.

Workout was okay, have the flu so it was a bit hard to hit it 100%.

Notable lifts were 275x3 front squat ATG

From there I went into rack pulls
    225x20
    315x15
    405x10
    495x3
    565x1

Pretty good focus, didn't even notice the resolutioners...although I did see one guy doing...something with the cables. Not quite sure what but he was moving the weight about an inch each rep

It's the meth bro hahaha although 585 rack pull was a PR for me. And i haven't done squats in months so 275 was a considerable lift.

I feel like shiiiit, brain isn't functional.

    585... That's a massive pull.

Hope you recover quickly man. Overall you're a beast for those numbers.

    Keep killing it.

Thanks boss, going for a 600lb pull. I have weak glutes though I'm back on antibiotics, this time even stronger. Hopefully I recover this time around -__-

Nice high rep bench w. 225. The most I ever got was 23 reps but I had proposed a challenge to a friend and spent almost 2 months training for endurance. These were not perfect reps either. I was hitting 315 x 3-5 (usually closer to 3) when I started doing that. After training for endurance I had a lot of trouble with 315x1 and could only get it on "good days"

Now I usually hit 225 as a burn out on my last set getting 12-15 reps or sometimes 8-10 depending on how much energy I had left.

I know what you mean, I was pressing a lot more before a pec tear last year.

Update: Yesterday I took the day off and hit the snow with some buddies, great day.

I got home, and missed my leg day though so today the 16th was my leg day. I didn't put up the weight I'd like to have, but my legs got the work they needed.

Used 3 scoops of origin today, two pre worout and one intra-since I planned on staying a while.

COULDN'T GET VIDEO IN, MY PHONE HAD DIED

    Front squat:

Warmed up with the bar ATG.

    135lbs X 20
    205lbs x 15
    225lbs x 10
    255lbs x 8

    Squats:

    255lbs x 5
    225lbs x 10
    225lbs x 10
    135lbs x failure

    Hamstring curls:
    90lbs x 15
    90lbs x 10
    90lbs x 10
    90lbs x 12

Stationary bike for a quick 5 minutes to get some cramps out, had tweaked my back on front squats.

    Deficit deadlifts:

    135lbs x 15
    225lbs x 10
    315lbs x 12
    Stopped here due to back

Squat position single hand cable rows:

    120lbs x 12 each hand
    160lbs x 12 each hand
    180lbs x 8 each hand
    120lbs x 15 each hand

    Quad extensions :
    120lbs x 12 each leg
    120lbs x 12 each leg
    90lbs x 10 each leg
    90lbs x 10 each leg

    Single leg, leg press:

    120lbs x 15
    120lbs x 15
    120lbs x 15
    120lbs x 10

Legs were shaking at this point so I moved on to squats in the smith machine, just trying to get a great stretch in.
I pause at he bottom making sure I have a full 100% range of motion.
135x12 + super set with calve raises till failure
    135x12 + SS
    135x12 + SS
    135x12 + SS

Wrapped it up with about 3 minutes on the stationary again to get blood flow for recovery.

Everyone is getting sick, it sucks. If you're into herbal remedies. Oregano oil and grapefruit seed extract are great at knocking out viruses. Get well.

I used to joke that I was training for the combine. All I was missing was an insane amount of natural talent for high level football.

  24. Yesterday

"Today was a back day, still a bit sore from yesterday having tweaked it on squats. Wasn't really feeling "on" today but still got a great pump in.

Couldn't get a video in, can't seem to find anywhere to stand my damn phone up without it falling off every other minute.

Took my 2 scoops of Origin, and some slinsane V2 with a 25g carb shake. Man my arms GREW.

    Seated rows:

    250lbs x 12
    250lbs x 12
    300lbs x 2 (hooks)
    180lbs x failure

    Bent over barbell rows :
    135lbs x 15 -SS with 120lb dumbbell krok row
    135lbs x 15 -SS
    225lbs x 12 -SS
    275lbs x 3

    Seated hammer machine:

    90lbs x 15
    90lbs x 15
    135lbs x 10
    135lbs x 8

    Tbar rows:
    90lbs x failure
    135lbs x failure
    135lbs x failure

    Neutral grip lat pulldown:
    130lbs x 12
    150lbs x 10
    150lbs x 8
    120lbs x 12

Then moved on to high pulling, no real weight just getting the pump to my upper back/shoulders.
I have a bit of a bad mind muscle connection to this zone so I never actually put any weight up, just try to get the movement in. I use deadlifts for trap thickness.

Also worked biceps and the such, overall not a bad workout. "
