Getting Lean with Alphamine

Hey everyone, my name is Justin and this is my first log on here. I'm going to be doing an 8 week run of Alphamine and Forskolin since my goal is to cut some body fat.

Some background: I have been playing hockey for 15 years, last 2 at college club hockey level at CU Boulder. Decided not to play this year to focus on school and it's led to some unwanted weight. Been lifting since 15 and now I am 20 but I took June-October off. Got lazy, had school and a job. No excuses now tho. I've had a few injuries which hinder my lifting a little bit. 3 separate occasions of dislocated shoulders (2 on my left side which causes some pain on benching) that I didn't have fixed surgically and I didn't take time off from hockey. Strained MCL and a good amount of cartilage in my left knee which causes some sharp pains when squatting occasionally.

Stats:
5'8"
200 lbs
BF ? (pretty high, I know that)
Waist - 32

Diet:
2100 calories
IF (Usually 12am-4pm since I don't go to bed til pretty late and I'm at school til at least 4 every day)
CKD (65/30/5 F/P/C, carb refeed on Friday or Saturday depending on how I am feeling)

Day 1:
OHP 5/3/1
Incline or DB Military 5 sets x 10-20 reps
DB Rows or Lat Pulldowns 5 sets x 10-20 reps
Tricep Pushdowns or Extensions 5 sets x 10-20 reps
Day 2:
Deadlift 5/3/1
Leg Curls 5x10-20
Leg Press or Hack Squats 5x10-20
Situps, DB Side Bend or Roman Chair Leg Raises 5x10-20
Day 3:
Rest Day
Day 4:
Cardio for 30 minutes: Rowing, Stationary Bike, Stair Stepper
Situps 3x10-20
Roman Chair Leg Raises 3x10-20
Isolation on whatever I'm feeling that day
Day 5:
Bench Press 5/3/1
Incline or DB Military (whichever one I didn't do on day 1) 5x10-20
DB Rows or Lat Pulldowns (whichever one I didn't do on day 1) 5x10-20
Tricep Pushdowns or Extensions (whichever one I didn't do on day 1) 5x10-20
Day 6:
Squat 5/3/1
Good Mornings 5x10-20
Leg Press or Hack Squats (whichever one I didn't do on day 2) 5x10-20
Situps, DB Side Bend or Roman Chair Leg Raises 5x10-20
Day 7:
Rest Day

I usually end each lifting day with 5-10 minutes of stationary bike work. I'm going to be starting a second 4 week cycle of 5/3/1 probably Sunday ( Finals Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
Ended up with:
170x6 on Bench
265x7 on Squat
225x8 on Deads
100x8 on OHP
Started pretty light for 5/3/1 since I didn't know my 1RM and I had been out of the gym for 4 months

I'll be going off of body composition and strength. Usually weigh in before my lifts at night.

Took 2 scoops of alphamine this morning. Great tasting, good energy for studying. Got a few more hours before second dose. Sipping on some BCAAs

*Side note: started alphamine last week with the recommended 1 scoop am and now I'm on 2 scoops in the morning. No jitters, just clean energy*

Thanks for joining! Got one of each. Had to mix the RL with a little more water because it tasted a little bitter but once I added more water it tasted real good. Combining flavors is my favorite tho

Impressions after a week:
When I take my morning dose, I instantly get energy. This is a godsend since I am a terrible morning person. A little bit later, my body will feel warm. The thermogenic properties of Alphamine at work. This is a great feeling and it helps reassure me that it is doing more than just providing energy. I can say that it is working. Along with my diet and workout plan, I have been fitting into my jeans way better which is part of what prompted this switch to a healthier lifestyle. It's only been a week so this is all the impressions I have.

You're going to love Alphamine. It's by far my favorite stim on the market. Never fails to get me going! Looks like one week in has you feeling good!

Weighed in this afternoon at 189.9 lbs. been a while since I've been in the 18x range. Kinda skewed since I'm still fasted but still good progress. Seems like weight is dropping off pretty well with Alphamine and Forskolin 95. I'll update with my lift later tonight

Diet has been crap the last few days. Using them as cheat days so the rest of the week and next week will be strict Keto days. Weighed in at 189.9 today. Gonna lift in about an hour

Out of the gym in 30 or so minutes. Carb up day. Took in about 300 carbs, less than 100 grams of fat and ~200 grams of protein. Hard to judge since I ate out with my parents but I had a few protein shakes and some chicken with dinner and second dinner

Stabbed a knife halfway through my hand yesterday so I didn't lift. Gonna do a squat day so I don't have to grip too hard. Don't wanna rip it open again

Haven't had time to update this. Been slacking on lifts, alphamine and Keto since New Years. Still doing a calorie deficit and been moving my parents the last 3 days so I've been too sore to lift seriously and forgot my alphamine at school. Gonna go back up to school and hit the gym tomorrow so I'll start back up on alphamine and get a weigh in. Probably gonna be a bit up in weight but still feeling slimmer. Now that holidays are over and school starting back up I'll get back into the swing of things

Great lift today. Started back over on week 2 of the second run of 5/3/1. Pushed the weight pretty good. After lifting did 30 minutes of LISS on the bike. About 6.2 miles. Then played some drop in hockey. 45 minutes straight of playing since we had no subs. Feeling good, little sore but nice to get back into it

Got a good lift in yesterday. Did deads, leg curls, hack squats and some abs. Gym was packed so it took a little longer which pissed me off. May have helped the lifts a bit. I noticed on my last set of deads that after I got to 7 reps, I hunched my back a little bit and didn't keep my chest up. Put the weight down and corrected it but I have to be more aware on form.

Weighed in at 194 mid day at the gym after my workout. Need to get a scale to keep some consistency on weighing myself since I was wearing some heavy shoes and had already eaten a bit.

Gave one of my tubs to my buddy to try. I'm sure he's gonna like it. So that cuts this run down to only a couple more weeks. Probably gonna try to get another one but I might just add Vanillean these last few weeks and see how that goes. Hitting the gym today. I'll get a fasted weigh in before my lift. Ate extremely clean yesterday and upped the deficit to hopefully counteract my night of boozing a little bit. Hopefully not too much damage

Not the best pics for comparison but I think they show I've leaned up a bit and gotten a little more definition. Down 9 pounds since December 2nd. Missed about a week of Alphamine when home moving so about 5 weeks of only using Alphamine. More thoughts on Alphamine coming soon

Final thoughts on my Alphamine run:
Weight Loss:
Lost 9 pounds from Dec. 2nd. Great results considering it was holiday season and my diet was worse than the previous month. I had lost about 5 pounds in the month of November with a clean 2100 kcal diet with 65/30/5 FPC macros. Didn't stray more than 200 kcals above in November besides on Thanksgiving day. December was a different story with finals and holidays. Being at home made it tough to eat the way I do at school so that resulted in more kcalories, more carbs (get bloated on a lot of carbs) and less protein than I wanted. Alphamine had my back tho and reduced the damage done.
Body Comp:
Not sure if it's visible from my pics but my abs are more noticable and I feel slimmer. My jeans got looser, shirts were fitting tighter on my arms. Love handles slimmed down. I think this is where Alphamine really shines. Helped me out tremendously. My roommates and friends are commenting on how I am getting skinnier now.
Muscle Loss:
Went up on strength during this cut. May have just been the effect of getting back into the gym more so I won't put this all on Alphamine. My 5/3/1 AMRAP set reps went up during December on most of my lifts.Previously when cutting my strength would go down a little bit on AMRAP sets so I'd like to say it helped.
Overall:
Great product. Wish I had another tub but I wanted to spread the word on Alphamine so I gave one of mine to my buddies. I'll be looking into buying more as soon as I can. Stim wasn't too overbearing but I have a pretty good stim tolerance. Went to 3 scoops a day, 2 in the am, 1 about 7 hours later. Helped tremendously cutting down appetite for IF and once I was used to fasting, I upped my fasting period to 16 hours rather than 14.I still have a bit more in my RL tub, probably good for another 2 weeks if I go 2 scoops a day so at least I don't have to quit cold turkey. I loved this run and look forward to including it in my lead up to summer cut in a month or so.
