So I just got done with Jacked micro and Now I am going to try a product that has many things I like.
I will post pictures etc as the days go on. So the way I am going to dose it to make it last some what long is 1.5 scoops for shoulders,abs arm and chest day but back and legs will go with the two full servings.
Other products I am taking are not relative to this thread as I am doing a review on from formutech Nutrition and will be comparing it to many other preworkout products I have had.
The taste is not bad. I had a Slight headache from the artificial flavors but after 30 minutes it went away. Does not mix at all with your spoon so it needs to be done with a blender IMO.
Day 1. Taste good. Pumps okay. Not visible but I felt it. Energy and focus was there but took longer in the gym than I had hoped. Pictures in a few.
