Notes: Still not quite 100% - mostly chest congestion, but still kinda weird GI issues.
Kinda f’ed up my back this morning… I was going for a new squat PR on reps – my form broke down at the bottom & my butt slid back, placing more of the loads directly on the lower back. Sh!t got weird for a second, but I managed to regain control & rerack the weight safely. I need to remember to not go after PRs first thing in the morning – I think I just went into it too quickly & rambunctiously – not warmed up enough. Hopefully, this is only a minor irritation.
- still kicking in quick as can be – good wake up & go energy.
T- – libido is still high, great aggression in the gym
– I like this stuff quite a bit, I’ve never taken anything that’s really made my quads ‘pop’ like the pump I get with this
-D – Still tasting great, easy mixing
Overall Notes – I can’t pin down a culprit, as I’ve been sick as well recently, but GI issues have forced me to space out my dosing on & the rest of my supps. I must take with food recently, otherwise I just feel ill. I’ve had a lot of gas, before I got sick & especially since. As the holidays pass, I’m expecting a lot of the GI distress to settle back down, as I continue to regain health & being able to keep my diet much cleaner.
I’m definitely seeing more definition in the mirror & my weight is still hanging around 180 – so it seems I’ve gained & continue to hold a couple (@4) good clean pounds
I’m going to try & work in more hiit & yoga into my off days or afternoons, hoping to knock out as much fat as possible & start the summer off

Notes: Felt a-ok this morning. A little stiff in my back still, but the only place it was noticed in my workout were during rows – I dropped off early in my last set, as I started to notice it in my back a little. I had to abort one set early from my last superset because I ran out of time. Oh well – I was pretty spent anyway. As it seems my squat has been keeping pace with my bench, I need to attack my squats a bit more. Next time I’ll need to get some video for a form check.
Had a great pump through my workout-I really notice it with overhead press.
My diet hasn’t been the best recently with all the x-mas leftovers – desserts & sweets. I’ve been feeling it…
Looks like I’m in the last week of my run (Ultimate Stack, as well as, my 8-week natty stack – AB, AD-3) – all good things must come to an end sometime I guess….
Its a sad feeling when you know that the last week is upon you
