Have you ever tried barbell hack squats? http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Quadriceps/BBHackSquat.html - I did these for a while until I got a decent squat rack.

Yeah i tweaked my back a bit going for a back squat PR, so since then I've been working on strengthening every related lift so it doesn't happen again...

Great workout today. DLs are progressing nicely - started losing form a bit at the last set (upper/lower body getting out of sync), but overall everything felt strong. Decided to tack some box squats at the end & was greatly surprised with how they went. Everything seems to be on track again. That spot I tweak it still a bit sore - feels like someone punched my buttcheek really hard...I dunno - kinda weird. Doesn't bother me at all during training though
Adding the scoop of Hemavol was a nice little addition - I seem to be a pretty god responder to it, not so much pump, but endurance. I’m officially out of T-Blast Only a couple servings left of everything else. Gonna miss it...until I get some more This has been an awesome addition to my natty run. My official final review is coming very soon…(forgot to save my first draft & must rewrite it…lol)

I'm loving the combo - Supp-D Swoll-N & Hemavol - that might be my new favorite. Was feeling great, despite a weird workout. We had guests staying over in our house. Well, I workout as soon as I wake up. In order to not bother them, I really focused on controlling the weight & making everything as smooth (and quiet) as possible. Ended up being a killer morning after all!

A huge thanks to Justin & all the guys at Team NLA Performance for picking me to log the Ultimate Stack!!! What a way to top off my Anabeta run!
I managed to stay the same weight all thru the holidays (@180 +- a couple) – looking in the mirror, I’d say successful recomp - dropped some fat & filled out a bit more. My strength was high & libido was thru the roof. Although I did get sick in the middle of this run, I came back as strong & pushed through.
I did experience a bit of GI discomfort. It was never anything serious, but then again, it was almost always present though out the run. The holiday season is the perfect time to take advantage of all those extra cals. So I can't knock it too hard, since my diet definitely could have been better. Of course this stack can be run by itself, however, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to add an extra edge to a natty stack –
DAA plus goodies – effective & noticeable difference compared to straight bulk DAA. Libido stayed insanely high It was somewhat similar to stacking Perform with DAA. I did experience quite a bit of gas from this though. Had great aggression in the gym. I had 4 weeks of SS DAA already under my belt when starting T-Blast. It was a nice surprise to feel a bit of an extra push once T-Blast was brought in.
1.5 scoops treats me kindly. It’s the fastest acting PWO I’ve ever tried. Mix it up, drink it down, & by the time I get into my warm up, I’m already rockin’! Taste could be improved on – so I’m looking forward to what’s in store for ver 2.0. Supp-D is top notch & would definitely recommend –
Very good taste – it could double as a dessert. Great mixability & texture – just toss a couple scoops in my blender bottle – shake it up & go. Chocolate with a hint of something else – some have said cinnamon, sometimes I feel like it tasted more like coconut flavor. In any case, it’s delicious!
This stuff is where the magic was at with this stack for me. The first couple times I took it, the pumps were so intense that it actually hampered my performance. Vascularity greatly increased. Started seeing veins pop out that I didn’t know where there – always nice
Bonus tip: Supp-D, Swoll-N, & Hemavol – PWO - the god of thunder personally comes down from the sky and knocks out your heavy sets for you - loved it
