    but this in the record list. never ended the day with my carbs this low. lets see if i can keep it rocking for another 13 days.

    so dropped 2 Natural EFX. Banged out this routine fasted:

    treadmill
    40min hiit

    crunch machine
    30x30
    40x10
    50x10
    60x10
    70x10
    80x10

    leg lifts
    12,15,15

    planks
    2min
    1min
    1min

    came home did a few thangs. had a late breakfast at 12:15. popped another Natural EFX plus other vits and fish oils.

    not for nothing. i ate like a pig saterday. but woke up lookong good this am.

    Nice murk! You'll get used to the keto pretty quick, I usually end up right around 20-30g myself. That looks like a killer cardio/core work day. I'm going to try to bump up the intensity a bit this week since its my last week cutting.

    every carb is dietary fiber, and mostly undigestable. plus only takes a few teaspoons for a days worth of fiber

    3 egg whites
    1 egg w/ yoke
    2.5 tblsp of milled flax
    1 tsp of baking powdered
    1 Scp protein powder
    Cinnamon or vanilla to taste.

    Ate them this morning.

    looking a little bit leaner and dryer. even the day after i lost my cool and ate all carbs+sweets i could find.

    so far sticking with 2 Natural EFX, 2X a day. seems to be treating me right.

    5% would be sick but 6-7% would be pretty ripped. only thing is i get so tiny. need to get the muscles up

    completly lost appitite last night and started feeling sick as fuk. think i came down with a cold or something. will prob take the next few days off from the gym. willl try to continue LG + keto. also keep popping the Natural EFX.

    Fiber still counts but you're still good around 50g no worries!
