Heres yesterdays workout!I hit the gym with the intentions of doing cardio and some ab work.I did about 20 min at a light jog,and killed my abs for about 30 min.At that point i was still so pumped and energized i went into a full blown shoulder session and i believe its my best one ive had in pct without a doubt.I am still doing 3caps T-blast about an hour pre,and my 3caps Swoll-n uncapped in my pre about 10 min before i hit the gym.Weight is at -1 today and appetite has been ridiculous.Also body is starting to take on a very nice look that i could get used to.Woke up this mornin and looked in the mirror and said...GD who is that beast.

    Military bb press:
    135x12
    145x10
    155x9
    165x8
    135x10

    Db shrugs:
    105x20 for 4 sets.

    Db military press:
    70x10 for 2 sets.
    80x9 for 2 sets.

    Side db lat raises:
    30x8 for 4 sets.
    I went straight from the side raises into the front raises each set.My lats are lacking without a doubt i feel mainly due to lack of equipement,but im working on getting there!

    Front lat raises:
    35x10 for 4 sets.

    Seatbelts:
    90x12 for 4 sets.

    Bb shrugs:
    225x18
    255x18
    275x15
    325x10

  7. Heres todays numbers.Weight is at -1 pound since pct which im ending week 3 today.Feeling really good overall.I am very glad i got to log these products and am so sad to know it has to end soon.Everyone have a Happy New Years and be safe out there guys.

    Box squats:
    225x20

    Squats:below parallel
    255x10 for 2 sets.


    Calf raises on block:
    225x20 for 4 sets.

    Bent db rows:
    100x10 for 4 sets.

    Leg extensions:
    255x18 for 4 sets.

    One arm db rows:
    100x9 for 4 sets.

    Lunges:
    70x10 for 3 sets.

Here's yesterdays work numbers.did incline for the first time in months,happy with numbers now that I am looking back but was bummed about it at the time.so so sore today.feels great.sad to say my run with NLA Performance products is almost over i am not sure on exact days but just a few left.Recover-d is all gone!i will post all my final reviews at the same time.Stomach is giving me trouble again today.hard time getting food down.

    If that's what you call it.im not taking any rest between sets at all,on a few I obviously have to load the weight which takes time,but I hurry at that even and just burn throu it.Body is taking on a real nice recomp lately.may post a pic at end with final reviews.
