Cool- yeah I've been looking at various different squats.
I had a soreness that I couldn't shake in my back the past couple weeks. Decided to reevaluate some of my program as it felt too much on my lower back.
Front squats and sldl seems to have cleared that stiffness right up, at least for now. Gonna try to give a little break between heavy squats and deads from now on. Spend a little more time strengthening my really weak points
