    I like to do 2 3/4 scoops chocolate pb casein with 12oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1/3cup of splenda. Blend it up on high and stick it in the fridge for about 2 hours. This legit tastes like really good regular pudding. Even my wife likes it and shes really picky about food.

    this ends up being about 350 calories and about 60g protein, a few grams of fat and very little carbs.

    I don't think it would be a problem except for the appetite increase might be counterproductive. I think that Anabeta is typically better on a bulk.

    Ya I've heard it's best taken when loading up on carbs. Just got my order in the mail today though and was all pumped to start using it lol. Would the test boost it gives you help to lean out?
