Quick update and then time to decorate the tree with the little one. 2 caps again last night and sleep was deep. I did pop up at about 3:30 but fell right back to sleep and wasn't up until 9:30. This is about 4 hrs later than my usual wake up time. Crazy for me! REMpm is definitely teaching this old dog new tricks.

Two nights in a row of sleeping thru! Never underestimate the benefits of sleep. I have only 1 cap left for tonight so I will see how that works. I am hoping my Nutra order gets here soon with my bottle of REM PM. This will be a staple from now on.

I'm very happy with the sleep I've been able to get with this.

I only had 1 cap left for last night and the results were clear. I definitely need 2 caps to get the deep,non-interupted sleep. I was up at 1 and 4 last night. I am feeling it today. Looks like my Nutra order is taking it's usual 7 days to get here so my sleep won't be great until then.

Final thoughts:
I absolutely am sold on this product. Like I stated previously,this was my first run with a Melatonin product and it produces great results. My sleep patterns normalized and the rest/recovery aspect became very apparent with the use of REM PM. It had a nice relaxing effect to get you to sleep and once asleep, you were down for the night. I am in a weight gain mode right now so I can't really comment on the slimming effects this would have produced. If I ever am cutting though,I will see how this effects the results. My suggestion is to try and get a sample of this and see for yourself how good it is. This is definitely a product where samples can show the product's effects. Thanks again to MAN and Mustang for letting me run this. I now have another solid staple in my cabinet.

Yeah we only got a trial amount and not the full bottle. My purchased bottle is on it's way though.

Happy to see it worked well for you! 1 cap usually does it for me as i don't need a high dose of melatonin to put me to sleep but 2 caps for those nights i know i feel i won't be able to sleep just hits the spot.
