INTRO:

Hey guys!!! T-BLAST IS HERE!! And I am here to log this product from NLA Performance! I have never taken any of their products but this product looks to be for real!
DETAILS:

I plan on posting and update every day as much as possible. The company is giving me a chance to try their product for so I should be giving the most feedback as possible. In this log I am mainly looking for gains in strength and in size. I will comment on any side effects, mood swings or anything that I feel to be important.


HISTORY:

I have been consistently lifting since my freshman year in college. I came in to play football, I was 5’9” 230lbs and fat. After much work and consistency I lost a lot of weight and have become a lot stronger. I have become addicted and don’t know what I would do without it.

MY SPLIT:
Sunday back/abs
Monday off
Tuesday bis/tris
Wednesday shoulders/traps/abs
Thursday chest/calves
Friday legs
Saturday off or bis/tris
Days of week do not always correlate with workouts, order is not always the same.

Whats up guys just got back from my first day with T-Blast!!! I did back today and had a pretty great workout!! My cables at college suck and range from 1-11 and have 7 little plates and weight is not indicated so...... Ya, I add db if I need to have more weight.

I have really weak calves extremely depressing
Not sure if you saw my calf workout, but I will superset seated calf raises with standing calf raises. I think that works pretty well, give it a try and let me know if you like it.

How exactly do you do these? I need to tone up my lower pecs
Take a db in one hand. Hold the db faced down while extending and lifting it up at a 45 degree angle across your body. Make sure you are using your pecs and not ur shoulder to move the weight or this will not help your chest. I like to think about the pec while doing this and that helps me concentrate on using it instead of using my shoulder. Also when you reach the top of the movement, which should be about as high as ur shoulders make sure you are flexing and squeezing your pec, I feel like this also helps a lot. Hope this helps ya buddy :)

If they continue I will let you guys know, for right now I see no big deal just pop some Advil haha. Looking forward to shoulders tomorrow, day 4!!!!!

I am not a very big leg person and i hate them. I do them because everyone has to lol. That kills my legs. First day doing these drop sets and worked great!. Good workout overall. Extremely tired. Probably gonna be my day off tomorrow have a long day of classes, be back on Tuesday unless I find time!

Ya except I did seated Dumbbell Curls and I did EZ bar preacher curls instead of on the machine. My weights and reps for the EZ bar preachers was:
15, 15, 12, 10 with 90, 100, 110, 120.

I haven't done the rope hammer curls in awhile and I finished the bicep routine with that and I was just pumped out of my mind.

Tons of abs today!

Good day just sucked because I am no longer getting a stim and decied to take a stim break today, and going to try and continue to do that. First week is always the worst. Good weights just hard to find all the motivation. Headache is still on and off at a small one right now. Nothing else noticed yet. Not really any acne but i didn't really get any during puberty. Was extremely horny one day and that has been dormant as well. But its only day 8.

Don't fill bad, my MU tigers have a tough road ahead of them being in the sec. But your exactly rite about usc, they choked! I was going into this season thinking the Chiefs were gunna get Barkley but hell he sucked bad this year.

I can't believe i am actually going! USC is usually good tho. they should bounce back next year

We were down on Lincoln Financial field for about an hour and a half, met Pete Dawkins, army Heisman trophy winner in the 50's, and the head in command 4 star general, forgot his name. One of the best experiences of my life. Only bad thing is I miscounted my pills for t-blast and missed a day :( but so happy I went but when I got back to college on Monday I had to study, both of my finals were on Tuesday so I never got a chance to go to the gym but today I did chest!

Smith machine Military press 4 sets of 12,10,8,6 135,175,185,205
DB side raises 3 sets of 10 25,30,30
Cable Front raises, both had 3 sets of 10 4,5,5
Side raises, cables 2 sets of 10 2,2
Traps:
Front shrugs 4 sets of 20 135,225,225,225
Behind shrugs 3 sets of 15 225

So good day today plenty of energy and good workout. I have noticed that I have had huge morning wood the last two days, thats got to be a sign that it working lol
