Gonna run IForcewhile doing Insanity for 4 weeks. Going to dose low because I am worried about heart rate issues. I will also be lifting twice a week to retain some muscle. Like I said, I will only be doing 4 weeks and not the entire duration of the program. Last time I literally got up in 3 weeks lol.
Height : 5'10
Bench in the low 200s, deadlift in the mid 300s, still slightly nursing a surgery recovery so I haven't squatted in a while but this will be a good transition to getting some leg fitness back to be able to do that in a month or so. I'll try to update every day, starting my first workout around 5.
