Didn't feel much until I got to the gym but then I got this great little boost. Felt very alert and pumped to get after it!!

Really felt like I could go for another hour. Joints were sore but all in all very good workout. Wasn't a strong buzz like I get with other pwo Nice smooth energy. I felt great, if my joints wouldn't have been hurting I think I could've pushed myself harder. I was able to hit a PR on bench though!
