Miss Q attempting to make it through the holiday's w/ SNS! SPON.

Well, to summarize. MissQ and I were offering advice on losing weight and we were told by a small group that eating clean isn't important, it's just calories that matter. Carbs are carbs blah blah blah. It was me mentioned one person got to low bf by eating cereal before bed.
What they fail to mention, the entire time, is they're carb backloading. Which, IMO is not for novice people. As I mentioned before it leaves a great deal of opportunity for over eating.
We both pretty much said, if it was as simple as "a calorie is a calorie" and eating nothing but ice cream was ok for all your calories, everyone would be 6% body-fat.
Did I summarize well, MissQ?Serious Nutrition Solutions Representative

Yes you did DW, thank you!!! I see you have made some good points on the other thread, and hopefully we will all be able to make suggestions w/out getting bashed next time around.
By the way....I have been eating an un-godly amount of sugar lately, and for some reason I don't look the same?!? Confused!!! Okay....I'm done now....promise!!

Well it's Christmas morning- MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone!! Ican't decide if I should keep going with my horrendous diet or try and eat clean today. We have a family brunch to attend this morning and there will be plenty of homemade egg casserole and coffee cake served, so what should I do?!? Very important question, I know!!!
My diet has bascically been full of sweets for day's, and honeslty last night I got to the point where I couldn't eat anymore sugar w/out feeling nauseous. I won't embarrass myself by getting in to what I've been eating, or the amount's, but let's just say it's upwards in the 8,000 calorie range!!! I ran out of my SNS RK-500's and had to purchase more at walmart last night!! I'm going through about 6-8 TK-500 caps per day and I think they are causing my head to ache a bit. So, back to my MAJOR dilmea.....go for one more day or clean it up and mentally prepare to get back in the gym tomorrow and start working off the fluff!!
Merry Christmas!!! How are you guy's spending your morning???

Thanks for the info. I think I will continue with the 4 caps per day regimen, since I have had no cramping issues.

Yes, It does make me feel better, thank you!! I went ahead and ate what I wanted, but that type of dieting has finally come to a screeching halt! Hopefully my body doesn't go in to shock too bad
Anybody have any ideas for a home remedy type cleanse recipe? I have tried the lemon/ cayenne pepper one but was wanting to try someting different...

No problem!! Glad the higher dosage is working for you!! I actually dosed 8 TK-500 caps the other day...guess I was trying to cancel out the whole can of white icing that I consumed in one day....oops!!
Sounds like you had a nice holiday....sugar....booze....s ugar....booze!!! LOL!!
Vikes and relaxers....oh my!!
Seriously though....what happened? I'm assuming you tore it while working out??? Guess I need to scoot over to your log and find out. That had to hurt and I feel for you Hopefully it will heal up quickly.
As far as multi quoting.....I can't utilize it if I'm on Google Chrome, but if I'm on Yahoo I can....???
HA!!! So.....your giving me a cleanse recipe for fat people!! THANKS!!! Oh yeah....I'm fat again....so that's actually perfect!!!

Aww....thanks fumoney, much appreciated!
Guess I should have clarified that I bought "Spring Valley" Rasberry Ketones at Walmart....not SNS!! Oops!!! My bad!!! The Spring Valley brand was cheap, but they are 100 mg pills (60 caps per bottle) as opposed to SNS which are 500 mg per cap!! I have been extremely nauseous for the last two day's and think it's due to the new brand, so I discontinued usage (today) and BINGO....I'm fine
Sorry to get ya all excited about purchasing SNS at Walmart!!!
