Once again I want to thank SNS for letting me sample Agmatine!!

I am 40 years old. 5'10" 180 not sure what my bf% is. I've been lifting on and off for 20+ years.

Today was back and biceps
2 caps SNS Agmatine
2 caps App Nut Drive
1 scoop Jack3d
4.5g L-Glutamine

Workout
15 mins warm up on bike
Iso lateral row 180 4x10 40 secs rest between sets
Wide grip pull down 160 4x10 40 secs rest between sets
Iso lateral high row 160 4x10 30 secs rest between sets
Standing db curls 45 4x10 30 secs rest between sets
Incline db curls 35 4x10 30 secs rest between sets
Hammer curls 40 3x10 30 secs between sets
20 mins on bike

I noticed strong but smooth energy. No jitters. Muscles felt very hard. My veins were huge. Focus was great. Seemed to sweat more than usual which I like!! Went kinda light today as I trying to really shorten my rest periods between sets. All in all was a very good workout and I look forward to chest, triceps, and shoulders tomorrow.

Muscles are still really hard. Im loving it!! Hope Im able to sleep tonight haha

Woke up Wednesday morning feeling great and excited for my workout.

2 caps SNS Agmatine first thing in the morning.
Ate a good breakfast lots of complex carbs and a yogurt. Started feeling a tightening of my muscles shortly after. Worked my normal 8 hours felt great!!

45 minutes preworkout:
2 caps SNS Agmatine
2 caps App Nut Drive
4.5g L-glut amine

Decided to skip the Jack3d to see how it would go. Which turned out to be a great idea.

Today ( 11-21) was chest, and shoulders

Flat bench
135x10 warm up
135x10 warm up

135 to failure

Incline db bench
40x10 warm up

Decline bench

Cable crossovers

Again I went with only 40 seconds rest between each set.

Felt very strong throughout most of my lifts. My muscles were popping everywhere. I work out on base and felt like I was the General lol. Veins were big and energy was very good. Not taking the Jack3d made me look not as bloated as I do when taking it. Must be all the creatine I'm assuming. Should be able to add some weight to each lift next time.

Feeling great so far!!!

It's been a few days since my last workout got kinda busy over Thanksgiving. This log was actually from yesterday but passed out before I was able to put it up.

Back, biceps and cardio
15 mins on the bike to warm up
Iso lateral row 180 4x10
Wide grip pull down 170 4x10
Iso lateral pull high row 160 4x10
Standing db curl 50 4x10
Incline db curls 40 4x10 PR
Hammer curls 45 3x10 PR
30 mins on treadmill

Had a great pump. Veins looked good. Good smooth energy. Pushed myself harder than last time. Had a couple of PRs. Still going with short rests of 40secs between sets. Overall felt very good, although my wrists and elbows were getting pretty sore by the end. I will definitely recommend SNS Agmatine!
