Day 1 PCT

Just finished my first cycle with good strength gains, do I want to lose them? NO, so I am going to keep them. Heard some good praise about this product and I hope that I retain what I have earned

I feel that I will probably lean out a little during this i am at 194.6 right now. My cal intake is around 2800 maybe during the holidays it will fluctuate, more then likely less. I have also stopped beer, so a lot of empty calories will not be affecting my progress.

Will be posting up some pics after the next few workouts. I will also be using a test booster with AD-3, I saw it stacked with Finaflex so thought it would be good. I am not using Finaflex I am using another product, T-Blast by NLA

I had the same pct with ad-3 finaflex DAA and
T-911 liquid thougt it was killer lost water retention looked fuller and didn't lose muscle or strength I also felt well rested all day with ad-3 the only side effect my back broke out but to me that's high T signs good luck bro

Will do, gonna be harder now, since I quit using beer to fill in the need calories ;).

Shouldn't be a problem. My idea was just that a few weeks back. The calories mid log I was going to drop and add hella core/cardio.

Night 1
2caps AD-3 and three Testbooster (Testbooster will be from here out taken 2/2/2)

Sleep was straight through, normally I get up at least once for bathroom. Between the two products the sleep was great. L-dopa and the ZMA in the other product. Woke up a little tired and not motivated, groggy is my excuse. Took my preworkout and had a BCAA concoction intra. And off I went. At 515am what better way to start the day, legs doing good should keep it up. Weight this morning after workout was 191 not sure why the drop but I will keep close tab on this, hopefully little water weight and fat loss we will see.

Slept pretty good, wasn't as groggy this morning. I took 2 AD-3 and 2 Testbooster right before bed. Only got up once so that was normal. Waiting for the gym to open so the whole family can go.

Nice workout this morning. Fun havin a partner, most certainly my wife. I started with incline chest, and decline then she showed up after doing her cardio.

I did some other stuff don't know what they are call I used. 30lb bar .... Skull crushers combined with pressing bar above stomach. So the range of motion started while lying in bench behind my head pulled over stomach dropped down touched stomach then up to ceilin pulled back a over head bend at elbows dropped behind head.

Did some core/abs (wife was killing it, she's going to be sore!)

Came home ate an 2egg whit and 1large egg cheese, Turkey sandwich. Had 2 T-Blast test booster, cinnamon caps, vitamin c, bcomplex, multivitamin. Chased it down with my second protein shake of day.

One good thing I talked with the personal trainer at the gym and he's ordering me some protein powder. His brother is sponsored by a supplement company ad he's able to get it cheap, $30 for 15lbs that's sick!

I have already eaten so much and they haven't even served the turkey and fixings. Gonna be stuffed for sure.

Another good workout mostly lats and delts upper back. Still little sore from the other days calf routine. Gonna be interesting crawling around in an attic installing a new AC and checking all supply vents. At least ill be putting some hundros in the bank.

Pretty solid weekend and pleased that I was able to retain my weight. I am at 194 as I this morning. Little bit of strength loss in some common exercises, but also tired from yesterday could be playing a part in that.

Haven't missed a beat on my supplementation 2AD-3 each night and T-Blast NLA test booster 2/2/2 daily. Did have some sleeping issue on Saturday night, probably was the angry whopper I ate for dinner.

Only missed Saturday trading in because if the install. Sunday I destroyed the wife's legs, she talks so much smack when my legs hurt and pokes and prods to aggravate. I kept on telling her to slow down, I knew she could do te weight she just didn't need to do 3x12 on every exercise. She was paying for it last night as probably gonna be hurting all day, she has two houses to clean and gonna be hating every minute, can't wait til tonight.

Today's session was not very in depth, was a little tired after wife kept me up.

Off day.... Should have gone. The wife still is having issues walking and didn't get up this morning when the alarm went off.

She ain't laughing now.

Been very adamant about following the directions and taking AD-3 daily. I am not sure what to fully expect. At this point I am having better/longer sleep, waking up a little groggy at times. That is not a bad thing but I would think I would be able to feel a little more. Hasn't been that long, so I'd expect end of week two I should've noticed something, right?

I ain't trying to be a douche, from some of the reviews I guess I wa expecting more, sooner.

10-15 days for me. Enhanced, recovery, with some leaning out and hardening. Diet however plays a huge part in results

Had to take off today. My bones hurt, my shoulder (and around shoulder blade) or killin me. I am having some circulation issues, numbness in my arms when I lay down and lots of achy joints(popping and stiffness). Gonna get some house stuff takin care of then maybe some after noon shopping(gonna to finish the Christmas hopping I hope )

Fish oil, and or some supercissus could help. I think usp has a deal on the cissus right now stuff has helped me alot in the past

Took garlic pill last night hoping that would help a little with the circulation, still woke up a 4(I wake up everyday at this tine to use bathroom, then go back to sleep ) and arm was tingling. This really sucks and sure it the way I lay I not but not much I can do, unless I tie my arm back.

Take care of that. I have a similiar issue so I know what your talking about. I have to sleep on one side and if I end up on my back with my arm above my head its game over.
