  1. Not too bad, felt it when I was pressing but not much as of late. Feels really good now but I am sure by morning time it will hit me. I stretched Ali before and during just to keep it from tightening up.

    Now I got this click in my elbow. Crazy s*** over it. All of this is petty compared to my personal life, hard to focus and be consistent.

  3. Has AD-3 been known to dry out joints?


    Been since 11/11 no alcohol, been maintaining same weight even thought I have added cardio. Been doing between 1.7 & 2.5 miles at a time. Starting to thin out a little in the midsection which is a plus.
    Home life is rocky, maybe looking for a place soon. Really sucks. Not sure of what may come. Right now with the holidays is really going to kill me not been with my kids.

    I dont think I have heard anyone having any problems at this point with the joints drying out to the point of having any pain ?

  5. Probably since I have increased my weight considerably in the last few months I could be just experiencing the crackles because if that. It just has been more noticeable since the cooler temps, that also could be it.

    Ya the cold has been killing me. The whole joint thing with the AD-3 was one of the good things I noticed. I had no major problems with it.

  7. Outta full bottles of preworkouts,looks like its going to be sample week. First sample packet goes to...... Drumroll please..... SpeedX3 rasp lemonade. Full packet 2 servings taste great and no gritty left overs, 15 min after taking it already feel little tingles, can't wait to see and feel the energy and pumps.

    I liked it, I started to get a little weird feeling towards the end of my workout. I don't eat before my workouts so I have a feeling that's what I was feeling, extreme workouts require a lot and I probably over did it ..... But damn it felt good(flavor was great)

    I didnt either but some people love it i think some people respond well to nitrates....not me

  19. Chest workout on Sunday... I should be sore but wasn't. Not sure why I did some heavy weight and decent sets and reps. I have lost a little weight down to 191 but I have kept lifting the same weights. My shoulder is acting up again. It's so weird how it comes and goes. Incline press kills.

  20. Chicken and White Bean Chili

    This recipe is especially nice as we can put it all together in a Crockpot, head out for the afternoon/early evening, and arrive home to a delicious, hot, home-cooked meal. Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking time in Crock-pot: 3 to 4 hours Ingredients: 2 lbs skinless, boneless breasts of chicken (with all excess fat removed), cubed 2 cups chicken stock 2 cups water 1 cup white onion (peeled and diced) 3 jalapenos (seeded and diced) 1 Tbs light olive oil 2 Tbs chili powder 1/2 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1 16-oz can white (northern) beans Fat-free sour cream Fat-free cheddar cheese 1 jalapeno (seeded and chopped fine) 2 green onions (cleaned and chopped) Directions: Pour 1 Tbs light olive oil into a large, heavy skillet. Add chicken. Cook over med-high heat until golden brown. In a large Crockpot, add all ingredients and cook on high for three to four hours or until desired consistency. Serve warm, topped with fat-free sour cream, green onion, jalapenos, and fat-free cheddar cheese.

  22. No big thing I haven't been to gym since Sunday. Letting my shoulder and arm rest. Friday willbe my next day. I am down to two servings left. So Friday will be my last workout post and then final review shortly there after.

  23. Well last day o AD-3, I feel like there was some leaning going on towards the last week. Morning body comp looking good and tails off throughout the day. Haven't ever used a PCT before and really didn't feel anything per-say. However I was able to keep some of the strength put on during my PH cycle. The 15lbs on bench and 50+ on squat comes and goes but still able to perform.

    Today was leg day and I didn't kill it. I wasn't really intense, lack of preworkout supps(the one I have now has had some better days, old and clumpy not very effective.
