Stupid snooze on alarm made for a short workout. I tried to add some reps to make up for it, created some extra burn for sure.

Chest workout on Sunday... I should be sore but wasn't. Not sure why I did some heavy weight and decent sets and reps. I have lost a little weight down to 191 but I have kept lifting the same weights. My shoulder is acting up again. It's so weird how it comes and goes. Incline press kills.

Chicken and White Bean Chili
This recipe is especially nice as we can put it all together in a Crockpot, head out for the afternoon/early evening, and arrive home to a delicious, hot, home-cooked meal. Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking time in Crock-pot: 3 to 4 hours Ingredients: 2 lbs skinless, boneless breasts of chicken (with all excess fat removed), cubed 2 cups chicken stock 2 cups water 1 cup white onion (peeled and diced) 3 jalapenos (seeded and diced) 1 Tbs light olive oil 2 Tbs chili powder 1/2 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1 16-oz can white (northern) beans Fat-free sour cream Fat-free cheddar cheese 1 jalapeno (seeded and chopped fine) 2 green onions (cleaned and chopped) Directions: Pour 1 Tbs light olive oil into a large, heavy skillet. Add chicken. Cook over med-high heat until golden brown. In a large Crockpot, add all ingredients and cook on high for three to four hours or until desired consistency. Serve warm, topped with fat-free sour cream, green onion, jalapenos, and fat-free cheddar cheese.

No big thing I haven't been to gym since Sunday. Letting my shoulder and arm rest. Friday willbe my next day. I am down to two servings left. So Friday will be my last workout post and then final review shortly there after.

Well last day o AD-3, I feel like there was some leaning going on towards the last week. Morning body comp looking good and tails off throughout the day. Haven't ever used a PCT before and really didn't feel anything per-say. However I was able to keep some of the strength put on during my PH cycle. The 15lbs on bench and 50+ on squat comes and goes but still able to perform.
Today was leg day and I didn't kill it. I wasn't really intense, lack of preworkout supps(the one I have now has had some better days, old and clumpy not very effective.

Thanks alot for this opportunity! I mentioned that I didnt "feel alot" from this product but I do want other to realize it not a Beta-Alanine product or a high stimulant product... you should expect that kind of feeling. I think it is more of a product to keep gains. I could be wrong but at least the organs were protected... I could see that in the toilet hahahaha
