Nice workout this morning. Fun havin a partner, most certainly my wife. I started with incline chest, and decline then she showed up after doing her cardio.

I did some other stuff don't know what they are call I used. 30lb bar .... Skull crushers combined with pressing bar above stomach. So the range of motion started while lying in bench behind my head pulled over stomach dropped down touched stomach then up to ceilin pulled back a over head bend at elbows dropped behind head.
Did some core/abs (wife was killing it, she's going to be sore!)
Came home ate an 2egg whit and 1large egg cheese, Turkey sandwich. Had 2 T-Blast test booster, cinnamon caps, vitamin c, bcomplex, multivitamin. Chased it down with my second protein shake of day.
One good thing I talked with the personal trainer at the gym and he's ordering me some protein powder. His brother is sponsored by a supplement company ad he's able to get it cheap, $30 for 15lbs that's sick!
