Shoulders today, didn't attempt the 100lb dumbbell press today )= . I didn't have a spot working out at my house for this workout, stopped at 90's.
My hunger continues to increase, I literally haven't stopped eating the past 2 days. Steak and eggs for breakfast, 2 chicken breasts with greens for lunch, chicken stir fry for a snack, couple shakes, almond butter and celery, 2 pork chops with sweet potatoes, green beans, brocolli for supper. After all of that I just had a Thai chicken salad....and I am honestly hungry.
Just over 184 on the scale today, so still up 3 lbs without any viable fat gain.
Pumped for tomorrows workout.....and food.
