  1. Saturday Nov. 24


    Shoulders today, didn't attempt the 100lb dumbbell press today )= . I didn't have a spot working out at my house for this workout, stopped at 90's.


    PA notes.

    My hunger continues to increase, I literally haven't stopped eating the past 2 days. Steak and eggs for breakfast, 2 chicken breasts with greens for lunch, chicken stir fry for a snack, couple shakes, almond butter and celery, 2 pork chops with sweet potatoes, green beans, brocolli for supper. After all of that I just had a Thai chicken salad....and I am honestly hungry.



    Just over 184 on the scale today, so still up 3 lbs without any viable fat gain.


    Pumped for tomorrows workout.....and food.

    Been lifting focusing on going heavy.
    Funny you asked. I ran 17 a few weeks ago got back on...
    Looking for a mild extended cycle. Want lean gains no bloat or water. Looked at the AMS Pro kit... But there's this company called NRG-X Labs I may nab some of their 1,4 Maxx and run that for 8 weeks....
    Not sure.
    Just been on a pre work out/protein/creatine basics.

  14. Unexpected off day, we are in the midst of moving this weekend so things are pretty hectic here.

    Still getting vascular, I had mean vascularity while moving boxes to the basement today.

    Awesome back day, dumbbell rows felt light and my endurance was amazing. The combo of the PA + PES Pre was insane. I can see this being something I run together in the near future. I have about a week left and I am impressed with the PA to say the least. Strength up, calories and weight up, fat seems to remain the same.

    Highlights so far

    - increased thermo to start, not as strong now but still noticeable.

    - strength seems to continue to climb

    - hungry was up but now leveled off

    - vascularity better in arms, chest and shoulders

    - very full pumps especially when stacked with a good preworkout

  37. Today was a packing day, we move Saturday so I have been lifting boxes all day. Diet has been solid, steak and eggs for breakfast, chicken and veggies for lunch, couple shakes and then whatever the wife makes for supper.

    Definitely want to get a couple good workouts in Thursday and Friday as Saturday will be a write off with the move.

  39. Squeezed in a decent leg blast yesterday. Thermo effect was very strong and had some awesome veins in my quads. My hunger has subsided from the pA but could also be stress from moving.

    My diet was terrible the past 2 days but have a
    Zero bloat and look lean and dry.

    Prob won't be on here much tomorrow as it is the big moving day, have a good Saturday fellas.
