    Check out Glucosamine supplements. They are good for joints and cartilage.

  5. Left shoulder is still a little sore but not bad but I'm still gonna take the day off, just to be sure. Plus its my birthday

  6. Took a few days off due to the holiday. Was back at it this morning, hard & heavy!!
    Day 14 - Chest and Cardio
    CHEST
    Hammer Strength Iso-Lat Wide Chest: 45x10 45/25x10 45/35x10 2-45x10 2-45/25x8
    Flat DB Press: 35x10 40x10 45x10 50x8
    Cables: 30x10 35x10 40x10 45x10
    Body Masters Seated Pec: 120x10 130x10 140x10
    Felt really good doing chest despite the days taken off. Still have some soreness in shoulder, especially my left one. Going to look into some joint support supplements for this. My left shoulder is the one that I completely tore the capsule off the bone, I think this is why it hurts the most.
    CARDIO
    Stationary Bike: 10 mins
    Cross country skier (eliptical with moving arms): 10 mins

    It was bro, thanks. Actually, my mother-in-law gave me a hug Thanksgiving night and put her hands on my arms and said getting big there and to my stomach and said losing there. MOTIVATION!!!!

  11. Day 15 BICEPS I had originally planned on doing bis, bris, forearms and abs this morning but just stuck with bis
    I took this biceps workout from Jay Cutler on Youtube, will post that video so you can get an idea of what I did
    Machine Preacher Curls: 80x10,10 90x10
    Standing Hammer Curls: 40x10 45x8 50x8 55x8
    Spider Curls: 50x10,8,10 * first time ever doing spider curls
    Bent-over concentration curls: 20x10 25x10 30x10 35x8 ** first time doing these also, thats why I started out with light weight, to make sure I had correct form-and boy did these give me a good pump
    Standing BB Curls superset with DB Curls: 45x10 ss 20x10 / 45x10 ss 20x10 / 55x10 ss 25x10 you would think that 20#DB would be light, but when superset with the BB curls....WOW

    I know at times, he has pretty bad form, swinging the weights, arching his back but you get the idea of the exercises I did!

    Also did my Warrior Ab exercises. 3 sets of 20 reps

    I did legs yesterday here was my routine:

    Back Squats:
    10 reps 225
    10 reps 275
    5 reps 315
    3 reps 365
    2 reps 405

    Sumo Deadlift:
    10 reps 225
    10 reps 275
    10 reps 315
    5 reps 365
    5 reps 405

    Leg Press: 3 sets of 20 reps with 550 lbs

    Light dumbbell lunges around the gym: 3 sets of 20 sets each leg with 50 pound dumbbells

    Circuit: 3 times through with no rest in between exercises. 12 reps each exercise.
    1) Leg Extension
    2) Standing Calf Raises
    3) Good mornings

  17. Day 17 - Shoulders I have to start off by saying that today's shoulder workout was THE BEST shoulder workout I've ever had
    Standing Military Press: 65x10 75x10 85x10 95x10 100x8
    Machine Side Lateral Raises: 70x12 75x12 80x12 85x12 90x12
    E-Z Bar Front Delt Raises: 10s on each side x 10,10 10/5 x 6 5s x 15,15 ** GOT A HELL OF A PUMP FROM THESE
    Iso-Lateral Behind Neck Press: 25x10 35x10 45x10 45/10x10,10

    Overall a great pump in my delts from these exercises! I put my hand on my delts a couple times during the workout and they were very warm compared to the rest of my arm! LOVED IT!!!

  24. Friday was nothing much to report, did a little back exercises but once again the gym was a wreck from people the night before leaving their weights all over the place! Got called into work this weekend and had a hell of a back, shoulder and arm workout while at work. Lifting 55lb bags, average 30 bags an hour for 12 hours Saturday and Sunday. Took today off, some not-so-good drama going on at work involving the plant manager and an employee. Tomorrow will be the only day I can workout this week. Wife is going out of town for work and it will just be me and my son at home, so I won't be able to make it to the gym. I plan on using my Perfect Pushup when I'm gym-less this week. Will probably get my son to sit on my back too, to add a little extra weight.

    For 2 straight years in college I made sure I did 100 perfect pushups before going to my first class. The Perfect Pushup works great. Throw your son on your back, put your feet up on the coach, try one handers, etc.... all these variations will help.

  28. Well, its been a week since I hit the gym because of my wife being out of town and me having to be both mom and dad. I am also at the end of my bottle of T-Blast so here is my final review. First I want to thank NLA Founder for sending me a bottle of T-Blast. It was my first time using DAA and I have to say I am very impressed with the effents it had on my body!!
    STRENGTH 8/10: I would have given this a 9 if I didn't have the shoulder issues and could have really tested out my limits. But I have got some joint supps with glucosamine/chondoritin, MSM, Fish Oil and White Willow Bark.
    AGGRESSION 9/10: Aggression was definately up and not to the point where I wanted to rip the head off a little girl's baby doll and eat it (like other test boosters have made me feel)
    ENERGY 9/10: My energy was up and stayed up for the entire cycle, even when I wasn't in the gym the past week
    LIBIDO 10/10: I don't like to give a 10/10 for anything because there is always room for imporvement but the for the libido boot for this was incredible, starting the 2nd week my wife was like "WOW, what's wrong with you?"
    OVERALL 9/10: I feel and look better then I have in a while. I would definately recommend T-Blast to anyone who is interested in a DAA supplement. I am also looking into the NLA Ultimate Stack possibly for the spring (pre-beach) cut!
