Yesterday was deadlifting day and I am still slowly moving myself up to and pass the 515 I hit last season.
Deadlift 135/8 205/6 255/4 295/3 315/2 335/2 355/1 I have had injury problems with my back so slow and steady wins the race
One arm rows 75/ 8 8 3 1
Weighted pullups 30/15 13 8 5 4 4 1
rows 165/ 3 4 1
Hammer curls with various weights till my arms hurt

Oh yeah dat what I'm screaming I want your ass leaving the gym in a stretcher!!!! But in a good way, just where people see you smashed them legs wicked. I love leg day and thank God I'm about to start it up again.

To catch us up. I am not going to put in all my lifts just the main ones!
Everyday ErgoPump has delivered more than I have ever expected. There is no tolerance so far and I feel focused and Pump before everywork. I strongly recondmend this to anyone looking for a preworkout that delivers. 10/10 for sure!
ErgoShred has been improving for sure. I think that I just am naturally tolerant to its effects. I give it 6/10.
My lifts have all gone up on a decent basis. No giant jump or anything, just even gains expected from a good routine, a balance diets and supplement generously provided by my pals at ErgoGenix!!

Well today was a good example of how ErgoPump can get you ready for a workout. Today was rough, I had an AP Calc, AP Euro, AP English and AP Spanish tests today. So by the time I got out of school, I was mentally drained. I felt like absolute dirt and kinda just wanted to lay down and sleep. I got home took a scoop and a half and by the time I got to the gym, I felt content. I wasn't ready to lift a truck, but I made it through a workout without feeling like dirt.
Deadlift: I was going to go real heavy, but in my situation I just did 3 sets of 225 and 1of 315.
I did pullups 3 sets to exhaustion and chinups 2 sets.
I did one arm rows 75 for 12 12 7.
Then I killed myself with weighted pullups with a 55 till I couldnt do them anymore
Again ErgoPump is great and a soild 9-10/10
ErgoShred is ab acceptable 5-6/10!

Day 20! Half way through my supply given to me by the folks at ErgoGenix!! A mid-supply update coming either later tonight or early tomorrow! Right now, Yesterday I clean till the whole gym was clean! I did my normal leg acc. after, nothing special or intense. I was looking to squat, but both racks were took. Unto the platform I went. I pressed after the clean up to 155. clean 45/8 95/6 115/6 135/3 155/3 195/3 205/2 215/1 and 225/1. I think aftwr every workout I believe more and more that Pump is a special product!!!! Check it out guys!

After a good chest and tris day Mon. I had a great back and bis day! I did alot of consistent acc work but deadlifting is the main spectacle
Deadlift 45/8 135/8 205/6 255/5 285/4 305/4 325/3 355/2 and 395/1!! Gunna be back in the 4's soon. I believe alot of this is credited to ErgoPump and the focused and energy during workouts!!

Friday I decided to get a good squat in and test myself to it. (It hurts my back sometimes). It hit me really hard, so it was really all I did.
Squat 135/8 185/6 225/4 275/3 295/3 315/2( I started to feel it in my back). So I did singles with 325 335 and 355. Those felt good, but I knew it was getting close so i ended it there and did lunges till my legs could not move with 35lbs dumbells down to 15s.
ErgoPump is great and still giving me my results. A slight tolerance, maybe!
