  8. I had a good workout even though the sitiuation blew. I apperently did not get the memo that the weightroom was closed yesterday and TODAY. So feeling the intense pumped from my awesome fruitpunch flavored ErgoPump, still not feeling much from ErgoShred though :/, making me want to destroy something. I went outside to the track and did 200 tangos with my lifting partner till my legs felt like jello and the rain forced us to leave

    So far I give ErgoPump a solid 9.5/10 ( I can not give a ten till I witness some long term results)
    ErgoShred 6/10 I just am not feeling it, hopefully long term I see more!

    Yeah, the track is 400m So the first guy runs 200m, tags the second guys hand.The 2nd guy runs the second 200m of the track as the first guy jogs across the center to meet the 2nd guy. The two partners keep going nonstop

  12. That sucks Ben! I'd go insane if my gym closed and I didn't know. Thank goodness I go to a 24 hr gym that never closes. Move down here with me and train my sorry butt!! Then at least you wouldn't have that problem lol.

    Please provide exact detail on how you are using ErgoShred. How many capsules, what times, etc...

    We suggest 6 caps/day.

    You can try 4+2 or 3+3.

    Is that suggestion the best when it is stacked with a product like ErgoPump? That seems like a lot of stims in a single day. When your company made that recondmendation, it was for a person that is just taking ErgoShred, Correct?

    Ergoshred has only 50mg caffeine/capsule. At the recommended dose, it is 300mg/day.

    Many people use the full dose, as well as their pre-workouts.

  24. Today was an off day. So it involved good eating and doing some school work. I took 2 capusle ErgoShred at 7am 1:30pm and 5pm. I still haven't felt anything from them in terms of extra energy. I am normally an energetic person, so that might be a variable in it. I believe in honest reviewing so I still give ErgoShred 5/10, still hoping the long term affects emerge.
    I took ErgoPump at 12pm and boy it works. I believe I got the powder to water ratio perfectly. It tastes great and gives me solid, even energy that allows for focused and improved pump. This is in contention for the best preworkout I have ever taken. 9.6/10.

    Do you notice any changes in appetite? Sweating?

    Please try taking 3-4 caps of ErgoShred in the morning and report back.

    Not really at all. I eat every 2 and a half hrs or so, and I have not noticed anything.
    Sweating, I am a extremely light sweater maybe If I was a 2/10 before I am a 2.3/10 now. I will take 3 and 3 tomorrow and see how that treats me.

  27. Full workout coming up but first. I went 3 and 3 with ErgoShred today and felt exactly the same and got the same results as of old. I did let my buddie go 3 and 3. He was sweaty and it affected him well. I guess that I am just special hahaha. I will still be stacking it with ErgoPump and hopefully it all goes well!
