Making All Kinds of Gains - USPLabs "Patented Anabolic" log
First things first. I want to give a shout out to USPlabs for picking me for the alpha testing. I am super stok3d and I can’t wait to see what this product does for me and everyone else! I received the package yesterday; it came with a few sample of Test Powder and Jack3d Micro, a 3in1 Shaker, and a XL Jack3d Micro T-shirt (hopefully I’ll fit into one day, maybe 5 years haha)
For the first week I won’t be using anything put the “Patented Anabolic” and a Whey protein + Creatine Monohydrate (post workout and after dinner). Later I might stack Jack3d micro with this. I haven’t decided yet and I want to see how this works by itself. I will be dosing a single pill on a empty stomach at around 4:20-4:30 every morning Pre-workout on a empty stomach. I hit the gym from 5-6:30 most every day.
Diet: My diet is the same every day, I will let you guys know if I have a cheat day. However, it’s very rare that I do.
4:30am – Preworkout
6:30-6:50am – Post workout shake
8:00 am – 4-6 eggs with a piece of low sodium Ezekiel Bread
10:30: Chicken breast and Rice, ½ sweet potato
12:30 Chicken breast and Rice ½ sweet potato
4:00 - Chicken breast and Rice, might change this up sometimes depending on what the girlfriend has cooked.
7:00 – Protein Shake
8:00 – 2 scoops cottage cheese.
Oh and I only drink water. A little over a gallon a day! Gotta keep hydrated!
My workout regime is as follows:
Day 1 – Legs
Day 2 – Push
Day 3 – Pull
Day 4 – Off
REPEAT

Age: 24
Height: 5’9’’
Weight: 172lbs
Bf% : 13% (assuming accuracy of instrument)
Waist: 31”

Yesterday at lunch, I hit the elliptical for 20 minutes.
So this morning, I took the pill at 430 on a empty stomach. Got to the gym at 5:00 and stayed till 6:15. I did chest/ tri's and at lunch I did 10 mins treadmill and 10min old school fan bike.
No change in diet.
No change in morning energy.

So day3. I didn't hit the gym today, I was wore out so I slept in. Ill count this as my off day. Took my dose on a empty stomach around 730. I ate some salmon, rice around 820. Now I have a minor head ache. Don't think it's from the PA. But who knows

So yesterday I dosed around 9am since that's when I woke up. It was a off day, but I decided to do cardio later that night. Anyways, I noticed my body was heating up when I didn't work out. I has a light sweat going until about 3 or so. Maybe it wore off around then. I decided to go on a 3 mile run around 8pm. Went as normal, didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.
I just took today's dose around 30min ago. Heading to gym now going to try and kill some legs and maybe back

ok guys whats going on? today at the gym I hit chest and tri's. I started stacking today with the OG jack3d. after my dose + 1.5 scoops of jack3d I felt great super energized at 430 in the morning. I also felt like I was lifting more and had higher endurance as you can see from my workout below. one thing I did notice was that 45 min into the workout I had to use the bathroom. I mean it hit me like a ton of bricks. I was there for about 10 min and Im pretty sure it cleaned me out. anywho... just fyi, I didnt know if anyone else has had this happen to them.
My diet has remained the same throughout the weekend but I did change proteins, Optimum Pro Complex. 2 scoops per shake.

Notes: dosed around 430, empty stomach. Took jack3d ~15 min after
good pump throughout workout, a lot of sweating to lol. noticing that I have more endurance throughout the workout and am pushing myself for every exercise every rep. Amount of weight slowly increasing. my body is feeling tighter as well
I have been super hungry lately.
going to try and hit some arms at lunch as well

increased hunger seems to be a common report with the PA.
any increased perspiration?

Looking good my man.. I'm a little late to your thread but I'm here now.... Yes hunger has been an issue for some guys.. for me, I eat all the time anyway.. hahaha.. good stuff though..

I sweat alot as it is. but Yea when I workout it's about the same, but I really notice it on off days. It lasts about 6 hours. Just a really light sweat.

Week1 reactions:
Training changes/Performance - no changes
Bodyweight changes - up 3lbs, but I have been eating more as well
Bodyfat changes - no change
Strength - first week I didnt notice much, but yesterday and today I have noticed I am lifting more that I was last week
Focus/Euphoria - same as usual
Pumps/Vascularity - good pumps - especially with jack3d, starting to see veins in my biceps which I have never had before
Muscle Fullness- feel full and pumped up throughout the day unitl around 3-4pm
Recovery - feels good the next day, regular soreness
Size - no difference yet
Energy - waking up at 4- I feel like I have energy until around 8 or so then I start to wind down.
Sleep Quality - I feel like Ibe been sleeping deeper, been dreaming alot which I hardly ever do.
Feelings/Mood- when not working out and taking PA I feel like I have a light sweat over me throughout the day. No change in mood. I have been eating more, I am always hungry!
