okay, let's catch up to date.
i decided to drop into my own routine for awhile, a 5x weekly/1-basic-muscle-group-per-day routine that i have used on/off for well over a decade now.
so, training (following my mini-break) has been:
WED - legs/calves
THUR - shoulders
FRI - back
SAT - arms/abs
off day tomorrow, then
TUE - off
that will be the basis for the next month..i have heavy days and also hi-rep days, and i will be using drop sets/negatives/speed reps and other fun tactics thruout as well. dietary intake will be slimmed down (slightly) as i harden things up just a bit, composition-wise.
so far - 3 doses in..nothing to report.
