Yesterday was the chestiness.
I decided to see if I could get 315, like I used to before my last cut/contest prep where I lost a bit too much mass in the process. I got it up by myself for my second rep and then Andy helped me with some forced reps. It's getting there.
-Incline Bench Press
-HS Chest Press
lots of sets yesterday so it looks like less but chest is sore so I'm happy. Afterwards I went hiking in the mountains with my wife and we did some random pictures and videos just goofing around and having fun.
Kinda lame but we were having fun!
Today I was kinda dragging so I took my preworkout with , sour apple. The flavor combination was actually really good.
Legs today was simple. We did high sets again and only a few exercises.
-Leg Press on both Nautilus and Precor.
Went up to 810 pounds (18 plates)
Tonight I have basketball again and will finish off my legs there.
