    Step 1, after the eggs are in pot for 14 minutes Crumble up the hard boiled eggs.
    Step 2, get 5 table spoons of mayo. keep it on the low side as the pepper jack cheese makes majority of flavor.
    Step 3 cut pepper jack cheese in to small portions to melt in pot.
    Step 4 enjoy and eat.

    No carb late night snack or even dinner at 1000 calories ftw!!!

  19. I killed in the gym today with Christopher. We did a amazing shoulder work out.
    We did three sets of dumbbell Arnold at 50 pounds. Palm in to out.
    We did the side laterals at eight second hold at for six reps three sets.
    We did circles for the shoulder going from small to big, big to small. Six reps three sets.
    Real delt raise. Three sets six reps 30lbs each hand.
    3 minutes after working out.

    My dinner was so bomb. Here is the break down. 65 grams of protein from 80/20 beef 10 grams from cheese 20 grams from eggs Mayo peppers salsa,
