so sleep was real good yest.......believe it or not i dunno if i really went that razzy on thanksgiving, i mean i ate twice , a couple pieces of pie, mashed potatoes, stuffing, rolls carnberry sauce, corn, but never really felt too stuffed, maybe thats y i slept well? i really gotta cut back on these huge meals beforebed i think. Also, due to me kinda depleating before thanksgiving i wasnt eating as much so tonights meal is really hard to get down i think i may not have someof it im feelin pretty damn sick. I think im don a pound or 2 as well from cuttin cals, so i tried to up it today but my body i not liking it.......gonna prolly ahve an off daytomorow so cals will be ligther.
pretty solid workout today - squat racks were filled so i did a quick very low rest period chest workout, got in done in about 30 min and did ALOT
3 sets of eerythign shootin for 12-15 reps
db incline fly
db incline press
db decline fly
db decline press
wide grip hammer pres - 3 sets as many, aroudn 25 each set
banded box squat (box at parallel to not overload hams
heavy leg pres 4 plates per side
leg ext 4 sets 10-15 drop on last 2 sets supersetted with leg press high rep quarter reps to jsut hit quads, last set was a drop to 100 reps!
hack squat 3 sets 10-15 double drop to 100 reps on last set alot of quarter reps though
1 leg goblet squat 20 lb dumbell 12-15 reps 3 sets
3 sets 1 leg leg ext with forced reps on last set

today was an off day but did alot of cardio....i msut say i felt relaly good tody for some reason and.............my libido is def. up and i can honestly say this is the highest its been in like years, i dont know what it is but i know i gotta find me a girl haha
still taking 2 recompadrol even on my off days 20 min before even though i dont take in too many carbs although i do try to eat alot of veggies , had a salad, asparagus, and alot of other veggies ina large mix plus peppers and onions in my omlette.......
still taking mass hgh about 45min to an hour before my meal......howeveron thanksgiving i ateone meal then hung out witht eh family for awhile then took the mass hgh before another meal so i had two meals instead of one huge meal and i did sleep better............

i feel like i still have a decent amount of recompadrol left actually..............it really hits me more than otehrs that i can remember lik ei get a very feed me now tpye of feeling after about 15-20 min but no bad consequenses liek lightheadedness, also no bloating which is great, no stomach or g.i issues which is huge.......i can def see why this is one of the most highly regarded gdas..........also my recovery between sets seems to me much better, liek i feel like i can go righ taway again after etting don the wieghts, it has allowed me to get alot more done in less time!

the most caps i took i belive was 7.....all throughout my huge meal , carbs were prolly inthe mid 500sand cals were around 5000-5100 obv i was extremely full but come morning iw as alright afte ra nice emptying if you iknow what i mean! haha

today was a pretty intesnse back/hams day............did hams to start becasue they usually get worked ater quads or after back so i wanted to hit them hard.
although i started with banded rack DLS.......these really wear me out. I think its cuz there is so much weight at the top of the pull, i swear there is over 100lbs extra at teh top so i was really overloading my system
315 RP 1 rep at a tiem 20 sec rest in between each rep up to 6
no band rack dl
bent over row with setting the bar down each rep for no elastic recoil...very tough, full bent over
95x12x4 double drop on last set
barbell RDL - havent done these in a while but srength was de up, the most i woudl go up to was 205 for 6-8 and struggled, got up to 215 for 8 and it wasnt too bad
glute bridge with strict squeeze at top (back elevated on box)
lying leg curl on a hammer strenth leg curl machien (weierd) 4 sets of 12
high and wide press on leg press 3 plates 10-15 with double clutch in the fully stretched position
4 sets of reverse hyper ext.
glute ham raise, 4 sets of 5
A bunch of common back exercises (pulldowns rows, hammer strength) 3 sets 10-15 with short rests, really focusing more on a good pump, i moved alot of weiht on the rack pulls so focused on a pump here)

hmmmm............ i usually do 4 ith carbs aroudn 250 like today and go up to 6 when around 400.....maybe ill do 6 aaroudn 250-300 and then 8 with like 400-500 on my high days..... i dont wanna sue it all though lol

ok so i dunno what it is exactly but im llikin it haha,,,,, i mena i took my test monday night (testosterone) so its not uncommon to have a good orkout the next day but dam! i was so focused on my lifts, did quads and bis
i did like 6-8 sets of 6-8 banded squats then did a couple heavy singls worked up to 275 for 1 and put it up easy, decide not to go further but then did 4 more sets of 6-8 without bands and worked up to 275 for 1 again put it up easy, my strength is def up and it feels great!!!
today that feeling continues which is rare......weights i would usually pick up and el heavy did not
I did one arm db rows with 100s, sure the form wasnt that great but it sure felt good!
also was doing rack deads after t bar rows and bent over rows and still got up to 405 for 1 which again was pretty easy but did not push it further, felt really good again..........i have also been sleepin pretty well, i think the mass hgh is really strarting to kick in!
unfrotunateyl tomorrow has to be a day off becasue i now have to work
tonight i will be taking 5 recompadrol with aroudn 250-300 g carbs, tryin out some confetti cake poptarts, cant wait !!! :-)

today was chest/tris/abs - took 8 recompadrol tonight with about 470 g carbs, feelin prettygood! also was pretty pumped to workout today which has beena little lacking altely at least until i get into the workout.
worked up to a heavy sinngleof 165 which was still prety east, bands were double rapped too , i wonder if i can get 225 up yet, i was prett close a month ago butmy strength seemed to go down...............gottta get myself a spotter!
no band bench
db incline 4 sets 10-12 45lb dbs
bw dips really controlled negatives and focusing on the chest, felt these alot more in the chest than normal.
2 sets banded hammer incline 1 reps 2 sets without with a drop on last set then same thing on decline hammer
incline cable fly 3 sets 10-15
db pullover 3 sets 10-15
rope crunches 4 sets 25
rev crunches on decline bench 100 reps - forgot how many sets it took
side bends on lower back raise 4 ets 15 with 12lb medicine ball
cable chop 4 sets 15
db overhead ext 4 sets 10-12 drop on last set
str8 bar pressdown 4 sets 10-12 double drop on last set
rev grip pushdown 3 sets 10-12
3 sets db kick backs
3 sets 1 arm overhead db ext with forced reps on last set
pump wasn as good in the tris but had plenty of energy thoughout! pump was decennt in chest...........these carbs tody should help with tomorrow
also i noticed the other day i am MUCH more vascular while lifting....thank you recompadrol!!! :-)
