  2. workout today was super energized and super fast paced, felt really good today@!!!

    shoulders/abs

    clean
    135 x5x4 145x5x2

    push press
    145x6x5

    banded standing press
    60x10
    60x10
    60x8
    60x7

    banded hammer strength
    3 sets of 10

    cable lateral raises
    3 sets of 10-12 with cheat reps with controlled negatives - used these as a prefatigue for db presses

    db press
    40x14
    40x10
    40x8
    40x7 drop 25 drop 20 - short rest periods really showed here

    behind the neck smith presses 3 sets

    rev fly machine 4 sets 10-12 drop on last 2 sets

    landmine presses , got up to 70 for the last set which felt really good

    rope face pulls seated on a seated row station 3 sets 10-12

    decline crunches with good squeezes and 25lb plate
    4 sets of 12 drop on last set

    leg raises 4 sets of 10-15 if i cheated i still controlled the negative

    oblique twist ab machine 4 sets of 15


    rest periods were at most 45s most of the workout , i gottta dwork out liek taht eery day, keep s teh heart rate up and sweat goin which i need to have a good workout, if im not sweatin its never a good workout

  3. mass hgh must be doin something because my strenght and endurance were both up today, and also slept wll last night...i ahve not weighed in recently but felt really good today overall!!!!

  4. todays meal

    3 eggs 7 whites
    1/4 cup ground oats with ranch seasoning in tuna with 2 T mayo - tuna burger
    cannedsalmon
    3/4 cup cottage cheese
    1.5 cups low fat cottage cheese
    2 salads each with 3.5 oz raw chicken one with bc dressing one with ranch
    4 oz avocado
    2 chicken sausages
    4.5 oz raw chicken
    1 cup pumpkin pie ice cream
    1 slice cinamon raisin bread
    1T coconut oil
    1T olive oil
    4 oz avocado
    1 wild strawberry poptart
    1 cup fat free greek yogurt with 1 scoop no whey pumpkin pie protein mixed in

    2 recompadrol 20 minutes before, 2 recompadrol towards the end of the meal (before bed)

  10. havent weighed in recently other than later last week where i was 162 which woudle aboutthe same......... like i said i took pics before and after a carb up but i took tehm myself and tehy were in a poorly lit bathroom and u cannot really tell a difference so im not posting them, maybe ill do a pre thanksgiving dinner pic and a post lol

  11. today was an off day jsut di some cardio, felt pretty run own all day which sux, dunno what to do, feel liek i need to take a real deload but dont know.........when i get into my workouts iwfeel fine but until then im usually pretty run down, but feel fine afterwards........

    I always do full body depletion and fast 24-30 hours

    I have one meal Wednesday before and then a small carb meal pre workout rhurs (20g) the depletion then I start eating when I get home

  17. but u dont do anythin fancy before that? i was thinkin just uttin like 200 als a day for a few days, mybe also doin low carb.....i want it to be an epic transormation.............sugg estions?

    Yea day before may be low cals and just hiit

  19. o its goin down!!! im gonna drop 200 cals a day startin tomorrow which will ive me around a 1000 cal deficit and today will be my last high carb meal......450, may go real low wed dependin on how i feel.....turkey day wil be epic!

  28. yest was a leg day, wasout of it before the workout but ended up etting a good wrokout in...........seemed liek i got alot done in a short time, noramlly my orkouts take almost 2 hours and i got all this done in bout an hour and 20 min..........

    3 sets 12-15 no rest contstant tension squats 125lbs - it amazing how never locking out your kneeshow hard light weight is!

    1 leg leg press negatives - 4 ets of 5 each leg

    1 leg leg press 4 sets 12-20 - reps decreased as i went but did forced reps on last set- forced reps with les is pretty intense!

    hack squat 4 sets of 15

    worked up to 65 on each side then double dropped on last set - there were no safetys so i did not go to total failure

    1 leg smith squat 3 sets 75lb

    leg ext 4 sets 10-12 last 2 sets were double drops

    1 leg ham curl 4 ets 12-15

    db rdl

    70lb 4 sets of 10-12 drop on last set

    seated leg curl 4 sets 10-12 drop on last se - when i really ocncentrate on these i swear i dont need to do anything else these rip my hams apart!

    3 sets supersetted abductor adductor machines

    was sweating like crzy!!!! felt reat after, agin really spurised how fast i got through everyhing

  29. todays workout - chest/abs/tris - made sure to do abs before tris so i could focus on them more esp since idid alot of heavy pressing so my tris were workedhard

    decline bench rev crunches

    100 reps, think it took me like 8 sets

    kneelin cable curl ss 30 double crunches - 4 sets of 25

    kneeling cable chop 4 sets of 15 on each side working up to 100lbs

    str8 bar pushdown 3 sets 10-12 double drop on last set

    db overhead standing ext - 45x10x3 drop on last setrope pushdown ss dip machine ss diamond pushup - 3 sets as many reps as possible on each for 3 sets - pump it up !!!!

    3 sets 10-12 cable kick back

  30. so what ive decided to do is cut 20--300 cals form no till thanksiving and try to keep carbs very low, notnonexsistent but low....likw todays meal i had a slice of bread and some kidney beans other than that only carbs are from some walnuts, reek yogurt, cottage cheese, cream cheese and vegetables and will probably follow this until wed where there will only be carbs from dairy and vegetables most likely
