IFORCE -Lights Out & Joint-Help in PCT Log

I would like to thank iForce & Vaughn for this Log opportunity.

I am finishing a cycle of HDROL (6week) / Stano (8 week) cycle & will be supplementing iForce: Lights Out & Joint Help into my PCT Arsenal.
My PCT also consists of SERM, DPOL, (Puruslabs), Creatine Monohydrate, Preworkout-Maximize Intense (iForce) & Erase.

The current workout regiment is 4 days a week each day (Chest/Tri's, Back/Bi's, Legs & Shoulders.)
Cardio is 20 minute warmup on treadmill (9% incline @ 3.6 mph) & finish workout with 1 mile jog @ under 8 minutes (except on leg days).

The dosing of Joint-Help will be in the morning & evening @ dinner. Lights-Out is 2 pills before bedtime.

    My starting stats:
weight: 287 lbs. (started cycle @ 282: RECOMP)
    ht: 6'5"
    Training: 5 days a week
    Calories: 3,000 (non-training) & 3,400 (training days) macros- 40P/40C/20F

I took my first dose of JOINT-HELP this morning to help my left shoulder which has really limited my workouts. I am unable to push press barbell/dumbells overhead due to this injury. Shoulder workouts have been dumbell front & lateral raises. NOTHING OVERHEAD.
I will be seeing a doctor in the next week or two for this. left elbow joint is aching; bothered by the heavy weights on curls & skull crushers.

    Lights Out starts tonight!

I am really looking forward to see how my body responds to Joint-Help & Lights Out.
    Thank you IForce!

The 1st night I took Lights Out, I was pretty tired & fell asleep rather quickly. Waking up in the morning was not easy, I felt pretty groggy.
The leg workout from that night took its toll on me. Legs are pretty sore. I ate breakfast, took my multi-V, Fish oils, etc... & JOINT-HELP.
It was Saturday, the day I do an afternoon workout. I hit the shoulders, traps & biceps. In the evening I had my 2nd dose of JOINT-HELP
& a dose of Lights Out before bed.

    Day 2: Off Day
I had my morning & evening dose of JOINT-HELP. I also had my Light Out before bed.
Joint-Help: No physical effects yet, I have read it takes a week or two to feel its effects.
Lights Out: I felt effects first night, I slept like a baby. No libido or recovery effects as of yet.

and fwiw, you can play with the dosing of joint help a little bit for a more "acute pain relief"...i know one of the loggers has tried this already, taking 4 caps first thing in the morning, and was able to feel a bit more of the anti-inflamitory effects from paractin. then after a few weeks with the cissus you can get the total effect

    Day 6: Off
    I had my morning (3) & evening (3) dose of JOINT-HELP.
    LIGHTS-OUT (2) before bed.
Joint-Help: Elbow soreness is fading. Pain still persists in my shoulder.

Starting taking Erase (2 pills) for my AI, hope it doesnt dry out my elbow or shoulder joints.

    Day 8: Off Day
    morning (3) & evening (3) dose of JOINT-HELP.
    LIGHTS-OUT (2) before bed.
Joint-Help: Elbow still has a slight pain. Left Shoulder still hurting; but my legs still have me walking funny...DAMN SQUATS!

    Day 9: Shoulder & Biceps
    I had my morning (3) & evening (3) dose of JOINT-HELP.
    LIGHTS-OUT (2) before bed.

Elbow pain is almost gone now, but the shoulder injury isnt letting me get a good workout in.

    Day 10: Off
    morning (3) & evening (3) dose of JOINT-HELP.
    LIGHTS-OUT (2) before bed.

Shoulder muscles arent sore (light workout from day before).

    Day 11: Chest & Triceps
    morning (3) & evening (3) dose of JOINT-HELP.
    LIGHTS-OUT (2) before bed.

Today at the gym, I was on my 2nd set of dumbell press & my left shoulder had a sharp pain.
I dropped the weights & was in pain for bout 10 minutes. After shaking off the pain I wanted to get something in, so I hit tricep pull downs & real light weight on the PEC FLY MACHINE.
Have an appointment with the doctor today to have it looked at....shoulder feeling sore/tender.

    Day 12: Leg Day
    morning (3) & evening (3) dose of JOINT-HELP.
    LIGHTS-OUT (2) before bed.
I went to the doctor in the morning & had x-rays of my shoulder done. My bones looked fine, so the doctor is going to consult with Sports Medicine dept. & proceed from there.
No upper body work today (giving my shoulder a rest, soreness) gonna hit the legs.
    Sled: 10 Sets x Reps 50,40,30,20,10,10,20,30,40,50
    Leg Extensions: 4 sets x 30 reps
Straight Leg w/ Dumbells: 75 lb dumbells

Elbow pain is not even noticeable after lifts, shoulder pain is something else.
Sleep has been great with the LIGHTS OUT! Definitely feel that I have had a great rest.

    Day 13: Off
    morning (3) & evening (3) dose of JOINT-HELP.
    LIGHTS-OUT (2) before bed.

Even on my off day, I am going to take a 30 minute jog around the neighborhood. Gotta stretch out the soreness from my legs.

Sports Medicine Dept at Kaiser Perm. has scheduled me an MRI for next week on my shoulder.
I also found out that the co payment is $800 & will total $1450 just for a freaking MRI!
I might have to re-evaluate this.....with the holidays approaching, I may have to postpone my MRI.

I have been taking my JOINT-HELP & it has been helping with the pain.
The LIGHTS OUT puts me to sleep within 30 min. of taking it.

Day 14: Back & Bicep Day
    morning (3) & evening (3) dose of JOINT-HELP.
    LIGHTS-OUT (2) before bed.

Work out was intense, very minimal elbow pain.
I stayed away from any muscle movement that caused any pain on my shoulder.
    Overall a great workout.
Sleep has been great & I am waking up in the morning feeling great.

    Day 15: Off
    morning (3) & evening (3) dose of JOINT-HELP.
    LIGHTS-OUT (2) before bed.

    Day 16: Off
    morning (3) & evening (3) dose of JOINT-HELP.
    LIGHTS-OUT (2) before bed.

    Day 17: Shoulder & Biceps
    morning (3) & evening (3) dose of JOINT-HELP.
    LIGHTS-OUT (2) before bed.

This day is the hardest workout for me, I have to try to work my shoulders without aggravating my left injured shoulder.
Shoulder Workouts: Front dumbell raises, side dumbell raises, standing cable pull downs. Stayed away from ALL overhead movements.
Im trying so 5 lbs dumbell on overhead press & trying some workout movements (tension band) that a physical therapist suggested to rehab shoulder. He said if my shoulder doesnt need surgey these movements will help. Freakin hurts like hell, but life aint always easy.

Sleep has been great lately & my libido is back to normal!
Elbow pain is gone & I am not having any joint issues from the ERASE. JOINT-HELP must be stopping those (excluding my shoulder).

    Day 18: Off
    morning (3) & evening (3) dose of JOINT-HELP.
    LIGHTS-OUT (2) before bed.

Yeah, the JOINT-HELP is really helping me. My joints really get dry from ERASE during PCT, but JOINT-HELP has stopped all that.
The LIGHTS OUT does wonders for me too, usually have trouble falling asleep from taking my Preworkout late, but LIGHTS OUT has me on the bed out cold.

    Day 19: Chest & Triceps

    morning (3) & evening (3) dose of JOINT-HELP.
    LIGHTS-OUT (2) before bed.

Workout was good, light weight with heavy reps.
Trying to workout & keep gains, without agitating shoulder injury.

I dont suggest taking JOINT-HELP within the same hour you take a double scoop Preworkout... made it tough to fall asleep.
Even with the LIGHTS OUT. LOL. But once I woke up, I felt refreshed like I got a good nights rest.

Thanks baldwanus. I just popped my evening dose of JOINT-HELP right now to help with the pain!
I just got back from the doctors office. Doc moved my arm & shoulder....bastard really wanted to know
the extent of my injury by seeing the pain on my face. He says its a torn labrum. An MRI will tell him for sure.
I have been reading & its going to require surgury.
