Day 19: Chest & Triceps
morning (3) & evening (3) dose of JOINT-HELP.
LIGHTS-OUT (2) before bed.
Workout was good, light weight with heavy reps.
Trying to workout & keep gains, without agitating shoulder injury.
I dont suggest taking JOINT-HELP within the same hour you take a double scoop Preworkout... made it tough to fall asleep.
Even with the . LOL. But once I woke up, I felt refreshed like I got a good nights rest.
