  2. On aggression: let it be known I've had no increase in aggression outside of the gym, only in the gym and at the weights. Lol. Even on a test boost cycle like Activate Extreme & Triazole I've had aggression issues in general, but not with this supp.

    todays workout nothing special vicious pumps though did some different shoulder excersizes just to switch it up a lil

    Push press 6 sets up to 175 for 8
    smith behind the neck press 4 sets up to 185 for 10
    lateral raises 3 sets
    face pulls 3 sets
    shrugs 4 sets

    skull crushers 3 sets of 15
    HS dips 3 sets of 15
    ez bar extensions 3 sets of 12
    rope press downs 3 sets of 12

    ez bar curls 4 sets 12,10,8,8

    This a bulk on the lean side Im weighing in at 192 right now was on stage about 3 weeks ago at 180and 5.5%BF So the goal for this will be to exceed 200 at less than 10%

    Cals for now are at 3700 300p/400c/100f

    Mon Deadlifts/legs (strength and hypertrophy) P.M. Cardio 30mins HIIT+Abs
    Tue Chest/Back (focus on strength)
    Wed Shoulder/Bis/Tri (focus on strength) P.M. Cardio HIIT+Abs
    Thu Squats/legs (strength and hypertrophy)
    Fri Chest/Back (focus on hypertrophy MAX TUT min 4-2-1-1 tempo) P.M. Cardio+Abs

    Sample Day (my days are all similar)

    Thanks man Im really getting into hack squats the burn is awesome. As far as the workouts being more dense ya my recovery between sets is pretty much as long as it takes just to catch my breath a lil bit.

    Hacks are awesome, I haven't done them in a while. I have been on a deep squat phase lately. That's good to hear recovery is high, makes the workouts fun and people to look at you like your a BEAST!!!

    When I do hacks I go reverse and go very very low...really hammers the hams and glutes. Front squats are good quad developers...

    I haven't tried them reverse, but that sounds good! Why not superset regular hack with reverse hacks. Sounds CRAZY!!!

    Most forward hack squat machines are poorly designed and the platform is nto big enough forcing your knees to push out too far to make them effective. If you have one with the really big platform then maybe but you don't want your knees to go forward when doing a squat.

    The one at my gym is actually more suited for reverse. My feet are half off the platform when doing them forward

    Yeah, mine has a pretty big platform that would be suitable for both. I will have to try it next week and see. I just did squats yesterday, I can't try that to day
