  4. Ate like effin crap yesterday, effected my performance today to some extent, Wicked back pump even with 5g taurine pre this is possibly worsened by a moderate case of lordosis???

    Squat day thursday that should be fun. Lets see if I can get 10 at 275 a2g or 5 at 315 those would be simialr to deadlift and bench improvements

    None for me and I'm on day 12 or 13. Still getting it on with the wife. I'm taking one cap a day of pro xanthine for energy and doing fine.
