Thanks to DW and ScottyDoc over at Finaflex I will be running 1-alpha at 4 caps a day for 6 weeks. This will be a bulk semi lean as Id like to compete again early next year.

This a bulk on the lean side Im weighing in at 192 right now was on stage about 3 weeks ago at 180and 5.5%BF So the goal for this will be to exceed 200 at less than 10%
Cals for now are at 3700 300p/400c/100f

Mon Deadlifts/legs (strength and hypertrophy) P.M. Cardio 30mins HIIT+Abs
Tue Chest/Back (focus on strength)
Wed Shoulder/Bis/Tri (focus on strength) P.M. Cardio HIIT+Abs
Thu Squats/legs (strength and hypertrophy)
Fri Chest/Back (focus on hypertrophy MAX TUT min 4-2-1-1 tempo) P.M. Cardio+Abs
Sat Shoulder/Bis/Tris (focus on hypertrophy)
Sun Rest
Sample Day (my days are all similar)
6am 30g protein 30-40g carbs 10g BCAA 2 1-alpha
630am lclt,alcar BCAAS
700am workout
900am 30g protein 30-40g carbs 10g BCAA
1000am meal 1 (usually biggest of the day) 50g protein 90carbs 20fat
1200 meal 2 50p/60c/20
200 meal 3 50/60/20
400 meal 4 50/60/20 2 1-alpha
600 meal 5 50/60/20
800 depends on my macros usually just a shake but ill add oatmeal and PB if I need to hit my numbers
