  2. good workouts the past few days the intensity is coming back

    yesterdays workout
    wide pullups 15,112,10,8,8
    bent rows 135x15 185x12 205x10 225x8 225x6
    db rows 100x12 3 sets
    pulldowns 3 sets
    bis....various stuff

    1 hr total

    todays

    face pulls 5 sets
    lateral raises 5 sets up to 40s
    barbell press 5x5 at 155 and 135x22.....just cant seem to get 25 LOL
    front raises 5 sets
    shrugs 5 sets

    Notes
    * definitly looking leaner since vacation and start of PCT
    * calories about the same ~3700
    * strength is coming back

    I feel you man, after my mom got sick I've been living with her for the past 2 months with her in and out of work. She's doing well now and, I love my mom & all but it'll be nice to be back on my own next month lol
