    The thing is I know all the lifts, im a personal trainer also, but its always good to get someone elses view on improving them. I would video my lifts and try to improve on them that way but really would like well a trainer/lifting partner at times

    a lot of it is vanity, but i have mirrors all over the place in my basement gym. not only do i dig watching myself get pumped, but i can keep an eye on form. when i go to nifs[national institute for fitness and sports] it's mostly for the machines, so it's not such an issue.

  22. Ok the form is great but you never lock out your first 3 to 5 reps but you always lock out the rest. No big deal really and it would not add any dificulty if you did. Otherwise I was extremely impressed with your form. the back position was spot on.
