  7. Ok the form is great but you never lock out your first 3 to 5 reps but you always lock out the rest. No big deal really and it would not add any dificulty if you did. Otherwise I was extremely impressed with your form. the back position was spot on.

  30. Weighed in 205 on the button today. Going on a cruise this.week so i dont know how much internet ill have. All my supps are packed and theres a gym on board so ill be killin it while cruisin. Im hoping to have some internet access while on board but if not ill have a big update by sunday. I think friday is my last day of this cycle......so sad
