  1. Day 43....

    Was a good diet day up to dinner time. It was my dads birthday so it was Buffett time. I are until I felt sick. Felt great lol. To make it worse I'm going away this weekend for a 3 day drinking fest. Ill try and get to the gym and watch diet other then drinks. But after this weekend it's time to hunker down for the last two weeks of the stack..

    Shoulders today. Did alot of supersets with heavy weight mixed with light weight and high reps also did abs. Good day and good burn.

    Just make sure its not one of those sausage drinking fests like DJ went on when he was doing a log for us Have fun man. It feels good to pig out every now and then doesnt it ?

    40 min arm workout during lunch break. Good pump and supersets worked great. Diet good up to an hour ago. Liquor and Pizza all

    No gym, horrible diet, crazy calorie intake.....will get back on the ball tomorrow

    Lol, finished a 5th of crown and a bottle of
    Bullet whiskey with only 2 other ppl before going out to drink more lol. I have a lot of make up work. Will be back at it hard the last two weeks before the competition, have to beat BigGuy.

    Well Marms it got no better. Been busy and dealing with some stressful things lol. So diet was full of Chinese food and ice cream and again no gym. Tomorrow should be better.

    Im telling you last Friday I felt like I had a big S on my chest. The last week I got so busy with house stuff and I just cant seem to get back on track

    Well good luck to you man I hate it when moods change like that. I'm at that point now but I think I'm a couple days away from getting back on track.

  17. Day 48...

    Can't believe it but another horrible day. Diet was not good at all but I was able to make it to the fun. About 70 min of chest but it was a slow paced workout and a little lame for my standards.

    But my sleep has been great. Diet has been horrible lately but I still wake up easily and feel energized which is not common. Also while in NY for the weekend I drank a lot but took my ad3 and MassHGh before bed and woke up work almost no hangover, of course I was slightly sluggish but no killer headaches which I usually have. Also this was after drinking all night, consecutive nights and less then 5 hours of sleep each night. This may be my new post drinking medicine.

    But need to get back on the ball.y body looks bad compared to what it was before I went to Texas a couple weeks ago.

  19. No I don't think so at all. Your workouts are strong and your pics look progressive. I've been on a downward spiral so it's going to be a close one .

    Time is winding down and I have to get back on ball. Today was better but not perfect. I once again did not count calories or macros.

    Did get a good back workout in.

  22. Day 50....

    Still no where where I need to be diet wise and like always no cardio. I am excited about my new PR though so that makes me feel better for the fact that my body composition is worse then it was last month. But I will say I am about a pound heavier then when I started this stack and I appear to be of less body fat. I will try to carb deplete in a couple days and see how much weight that drops me, I've been hoarding carbs like crazy. Sleep is still great.

    Libido, I haven't spoke on this at all but I can say my sexual urges have not changed or lessened but I will say I may be lasting longer.

  25. Day 51....just saying blah blah blah

    Did do a quick but good 50 min lift session, bicep tricep and abs, all 50 minutes were giant sets. Did about 25 min cardio today too but means nothing with the things I've eaten today. I just can't get it together for some reason
