Still no where where I need to be diet wise and like always no cardio. I am excited about my new PR though so that makes me feel better for the fact that my body composition is worse then it was last month. But I will say I am about a pound heavier then when I started this stack and I appear to be of less body fat. I will try to carb deplete in a couple days and see how much weight that drops me, I've been hoarding carbs like crazy. Sleep is still great.
Libido, I haven't spoke on this at all but I can say my sexual urges have not changed or lessened but I will say I may be lasting longer.
My diet always sucks. I eat what I.can when I can.

Day 51....just saying blah blah blah
Did do a quick but good 50 min lift session, bicep tricep and abs, all 50 minutes were giant sets. Did about 25 min cardio today too but means nothing with the things I've eaten today. I just can't get it together for some reason
Hopefully your slump is over. I think my biggest issue is that I've only worked like 2 days in the last 2 weeks and without that structure my diet and lift times just get thrown out the window.
Extremely busy day. Could not get to the gym as diet once again was horrible. Filled with Pizza Hut , Chinese food, subway (not a healthy sandwich),
And cereal. Not enough protein and crazy high fat and carbs. Got 8 days to curve this behavior. Tomorrow is another busy day full of football and two birthday parties. So not looking good.
Day 53...well Marms I didn't step away from the cake. I did have a small piece but nothing crazy. I did however eat, pizza, ice cream. Cookies, etc. no gym again bc of the busy schedule. Ill be back at the gym tomorrow, back on my grind, but do have a family dinner to attend but ill try to behave myself.
I'm feeling better and my schedule should be lighter this week. I'm going to try to hit two gym sessions today. Lets see how that goes
One workout out the way, killed legs. They are burning now and are sore when I walk already. Did slow reps not to heavy. Went up to
405 on squat but for only 5 reps but did high volume before that. Did high volume heavy weight on leg extension, leg curls, adductors and abductors, also on leg press machine. Superset with abs as well. About 75
Min workout. Going to try another workout later but we will see if time allows.
Day 54....Second workout of the day complete. Did arms an more abs. About 60 min workout. Everything giant set and fast paced. My diet was much better but I did have some more cake today and some other snacking here and there but I feel better. Lets hope it continues.
First workout was great as well my legs hurting especially my quads.
Will start calculations my macros and calories tomorrow.
Back on track today. Diet was way better but didn't eat enough and I can feel my body is very weak especially after workout.
I did chest today but before I hit any weight I did 40 min of non stop boxing work. Several rounds of bag work and punching block work with a partner. Also did cardio work such as burpees, high knees, stationary jumps etc between rounds so it would be non stop. This killed me. I wanted to throw up almost. My hands were shaking at the end of the boding cardio and I had a crazy sweat.
Went to chest after this and sets were as followed.
Never tried to rep out 315 so I was surprised when I got it for 8 especially after so much cardio. I think I could do more when fresh.
Also did incline and decline BB bench work. Cable flys from high and low position, and I ended with DB pullovers. Everything was heavy for 4+ sets each with reps between 6-20. Great workout and body was off balance all day bc of the intense workout and the lack of calories.
I have been back on my grind and I like it. Still not eating enough calories. I ran out if protein and need to go grocery shopping. Upset bc I don't look no where as lean as I did on day 30 of this log. To much going out of town and bad dieting. Hoping I can lean out a little in these next couple days.
Gym day.... Started with 20 min boxing cardio. Great burn and crazy exhausting. Went to pull ups and did about 10 sets. As high as 20 and as low as 6 reps.
Deadlift: raw no straps or belt which I never ever do but I want to get into this habit.
495x1 just wanted to see if I could get it and it was easy even without straps. The heaviest Id ever attempted raw.
One arm T-bar row (bb against corner)

Lat pull downs several sets all the way to full stack
Low pulley several sets all the way to full stack
Left exhausted and feeling good.
Did a second Workout later in the day. Did 40 minutes of boxing cardio including sparing. Did ab work during rest breaks. Crazy tiring.
