This is not a sponsored log, I just wanted to document my progress while using this product. This is my first PH cycle I have experienced. With tat being said all progress, side effects and anythings else revolving around using this I cannot compare to anything else.
PH-19 is a mass building ProHormone that is said to increase by 10+ pounds. I will be changing my diet to more of a high protein/carb and try to only consume heathy fats. I will try and get exact macros but my goal is to be around 2400 cal a day. I know this isn't a lot to gain hella mass but if all is right I should be adding muscle pounds while losing bodyfat pounds....right? I am inexperienced and will take your criticism, I don't know you so it won't hurt my feelings
I started taking Ph-19 23rd, 2doses. Yesterday I took 6 doses @1.5ml. Today should get at least 5 in @1.5ml. My starting weight is 195.4... This morning I was at 192.5 after workout. I took a 1.5ml at 430am with a nutria grain bar, preworkout and Creatine. Post workout protein shake, fiber one bar and chex.
Did some good weights today PR on squats but that's only because I don't push my self. I have been trying to figure out correct days to do certain muscle groups due to work. Legs are good on Fridays because I can wobble over the weekend. Hit 4x235,2x255 with a spot I probably could have done 285/295.
