This is not a sponsored log, I just wanted to document my progress while using this product. This is my first PH cycle I have experienced. With tat being said all progress, side effects and anythings else revolving around using this I cannot compare to anything else.

PH-19 is a mass building ProHormone that is said to increase by 10+ pounds. I will be changing my diet to more of a high protein/carb and try to only consume heathy fats. I will try and get exact macros but my goal is to be around 2400 cal a day. I know this isn't a lot to gain hella mass but if all is right I should be adding muscle pounds while losing bodyfat pounds....right? I am inexperienced and will take your criticism, I don't know you so it won't hurt my feelings :)

I started taking Ph-19 23rd, 2doses. Yesterday I took 6 doses @1.5ml. Today should get at least 5 in @1.5ml. My starting weight is 195.4... This morning I was at 192.5 after workout. I took a 1.5ml at 430am with a nutria grain bar, preworkout and Creatine. Post workout protein shake, fiber one bar and chex.

Did some good weights today PR on squats but that's only because I don't push my self. I have been trying to figure out correct days to do certain muscle groups due to work. Legs are good on Fridays because I can wobble over the weekend. Hit 4x235,2x255 with a spot I probably could have done 285/295.

Not sure about this but I have found some added strength in my workouts. My underhand grip standing BB rows I hit 135,145,155 for 10 reps. I am wondering if I just haven't been pushing myself hard enough, I could be getting stronger I guess.

Had a protein shake w/creatine upon waking with LG PH-19 1.5ml( holding it under the tongue is a challenge for 60sec, and it taste like that Bianca spray to freshen breathe pretty good)

Had a fiber bar and a preworkout before the gym. Post was another protein shake, another dose of PH-19 and a roast beef, turkey pastrami, bologna sandwich. Snuck a cookie in a the grocery store. Bought lots of meat for the week sirloin, salmon, baby backs, New York strip.... And lots of sandwich meat. Looking forward to tomorrow gonna cook for the week out on the grill, should be nice since this hurricane is sucking some of the cold air down.

Legs a little sore from the other day, more inner thighs(adductor?) then anything else.

NO because I see guys pushing 45s and kinda intimidating.. I wanted to work my shoulders today and that I did. I need to have someone come over and spot me,who kns what they are doing, in order to get better form and higher weight

Almost didn't go this morning. Had some sleeping issues, not sure if it was the food(sometimes pork gives me some GI issues) or if PH-19 had some effects. I'd say after a few days I should be feeling some noticeable effect. So far I don't know the difference, except some strength increases. Seems that I am able to lift a few more pounds here and there were as before these weights were a bit of a struggle. This morning 70lbs on the curl bar for the preacher curls was something new to me. That weight was more then I have done.

Did chest and arms today .... Little ichy feeling not sure what's my deal.

What is your normal amount of calories/day (maintenance)? 2400 seems really low for your weight. I'm at 173 right now and my maintenance is around 3k. I have a high metabolism and am fairly active all day at work so I burn a lot too.

I am not as active at work as I use to be. I say 2400 but I am sure I get more, I haven't counted them perfectly.

The norm is to start off by adding an extra 500 cal above maintenance each day for a bulk and then go from there. Gotta feed the beast!

Day three of head aches.. Very odd I never have them last this long. Took off of gym today and tomorrow for work purposes

Get your blood pressure checked. Running PHs can cause elevated BP in people. Maybe add in some Hawthorn berry to help level things out.

Today I haven't had any so I called all around trying to find Hawthorne berry.... I was looking for my wife's blood pressure tester last night and couldn't find it(she had to get one because of pregnancy issues)

At this point I ain't working out which sucks. Another day can't and tomorrow I can at night but not sure how that's going to work. I guess I will figure out something out, probably take workout clothes with me to work and go with it.

Weight update, least I can provide, 197.8lbs. I guess a good cycle of PH-19 followed by PH-17 would be a QUIKIE... Hahahha

Finally back in gym, and I am going to be walking funny tomorrow. It was a 35 min workout all I could fit in. Had bothe kids with me and they were not cooperating this morning.

Staying very consistent with taking LG's PH-19 @ 4X daily. Times vary but I try to get them all in before 5pm, read some people had some sleeping issues so I didn't want to supplement to late. This morning I took A dose at 9 and another at 11. Felt really strong and hope tomorrow I will get more time. Sucks being away from the gym for so long I think it has been 4 days.

Food intake has been good eating 4 meals and snacks inbetween. Looking like 2800-3200 which is more then I thought. When I do three shakes a day portion I am around 3400. Some are empty calories I am bad on that but those days I am around 3800.

My waist has not gotten bigger which is a good thing, thought it might but I haven't been I the gym enough to get the full benefit of this product. I am looking forward to the next two weeks and I am going push a little harder.

Found that a little Slipknot when pushing heavy weights makes it a little more intense.

I've never noticed that a good Slipknot session increased intensity. ;-)

Not sore quite please with that. I have some tenderness so at least in know i worked something.

Weighed myself 15 times last night. 195,199,194.8,197 and the rest were 195 so my digital scale is a bit off not sure how or what but I will say 195 is where I is.

This morning weigh in 193.6.

Went out to elephant bar restaurant had coupon fem paper am two free kids meals. $27 for us all 4 to eat that included tip. Not bad.

Seated dip, a seat with two bars you push down, kinda like them because of the angle I really feel it in my chest. I was doing dips regular last year, 3sets of 20 at body weight. Which was a bit more intense.

Killed shoulders today, little upper back and some lats.

Really confident and strength has risen. I am noticing on big weight my will to do it. Today another PR on shrugs(equipment that is use for standing and sitting shrugs) 10@8plates had a couple of looks because my face was beet red or because I my smaller size lifting that not sure.

I am thinking of raising either the dosage or the amount of servings per day. Not sure which would be better. I haven't gained much weight be my strength gains have been prominent.

I am pretty confident that my assumption is right on this, my scale is off. My wife and I have been fooled for weeks. When we "wake up" the scale and get on it it reads 3lbs over true weight. I have decided to take 5 weights and average them not counting the first. With that being said I am thinking that I have gained some weight just not sure how much, I explained some of the confusion the other night, when I thought I was at 199.
So day one after my workout was the scale that was at the gym. 192.? Was pretty accurate, which means that Wednesday I can give a two week update from the same scale, Friday would be a 2week exact from scale weight to scale weight.

Had 32lbs on the bar most the time then went down to 22lbs towards end. I would have never thought that I would get a complete body workout like that. My back I going to be sore I would think. Higher in sets and reps all rapped into one.

What's body pump?
It a class they offer, like a yoga or a aerobics class. This one I called Les Miles Body Pump, I guess it's done all over the world. I haven't googled it but I am sure it's up somewhere one the Internet.

Feel really good... except this nagging shoulder that has been going on for weeks... I thinkI hurt it at work pulling on a 1000lb oven but I have had an issue longer then that....it would only come and go. I am not surprised it flared up again but I will just have to deal with it. Picked up a few more bottles of vitamin C, Garlic and Cinnamin caps just to get myself geared up tocut a little in a 1.5 months. WOnt be at the gym tomorrow(I dont think) tomorrow is my birthday and I am going to cookout tonight. Picking up a 1/2 bushel of oysters and fry up some whiting and tilapia. so.... well we know where this is going, proably a few empty calories

True weight is first thing in the morning after urinating. Also subtract a pound from that if you don't take morning dumps.
