Greetings fellow workout enthusiasts! Another big thank you to HeavyIron and IronMagLabs for hooking it up with another logging opportunity!!

Stats:
- Age: 33
- Gym experience: ~17 years
- 5'8" - 188 pounds [ will get accurate, pre-breakfast weight tom. morning ]
-Training method: Madcow [5x5]
- Have run various stim's/fat burners. Off the top of my head: e/c/a, PES Alpha T2, MAN Swagger
- Consuming ~2800 cals day - I lost track about a week ago & have to get back to logging my cals.

More than anything with Pyro-Rx, I'm hoping to get that extra stimulation/motivation to power me through my weight lifting sessions and onto my cardio sessions afterwards.

I will be moderately increase my calories while staying lean.

So feel free to comment and offer any input. Day 1 starts tomorrow!

Damn, 17 years of gym experience. Have you stuck with it the entire time? If so, impressive man. Subbed

i have had quite a few periods where i slacked & didn't keep track of stuff - so i kinda fell off at times

but more recently - say in the last 3 years or so, I got more serious about actually following a plan

today's workout:

squats: 115x5, 150x5, 175x5, 210x5, 245x3, 180x5

low inc. bench: 140x5, 175x5, 210x5, 245x5, 285x3, 210x8

yates rows: 95x5, 115x5,130x5, 150x5, 165x3, 130x8

=
Had a bowl of noodles about an hour before dosing 1 cap. Effects appeared around 35 minutes later & came on smooth. Felt uplifted and slightly energized already..noticed i was talking a lil bit more to my wife when she got home.

Stim effects: i'd give it a 9/10. It was definitely felt, but not overwhelming - actually lasted the entire workout; never really felt tired at all. I recently had some Alpha T2 with a large cup of coffee & that proved to be too much for me.

Focus: 9/10 again. i was def. dialed-in & ready to go. Feeling could be compared to how i felt from my first dose of LIT-UP - was a great up-lifted/positive feel - although, the Pyro-Rx was just a notch higher/better.

Energy: 9/10. From the end of my first set squats to my last set of rows - the energy level was constant and never dipped.

Cardio session: CrossRamp: 4 min warm-up: 6- 20sec work/10sec rest h.i.i.t. intervals & 8mins steady state.

-felt energized/focused the entire time -almost as if i had more oxygen - i know it sounds stupid, but i felt that good.

== i'm usually beat after my workouts - like my eyes would be low & be walking slowly back to my apartment -- not today.

If this is what it is on 1 cap - i can't imagine 2! If i could dose 1 cap & still get the same effects over a long period of time, i'll change those 9/10's to 10/10.

^ i actually hurt my SI joint back in July, i think? But since then i wasn't able to squat or DL. Was a dam shame - couldn't even trapBar DL without wincing in pain

that kinda explains those sorry-assed lower body numbers. i've been excited ever since i've been able to DL again - which was like 2 weeks ago..i've been eyeing all kinds of DL programs

so the other day - thought i'd try fasted cardio in the morning...

effects were just a bit stronger than the previous day's dosing.

Today, had a ****ty nutrient intake to say the least. I popped a cap a couple hours later & i felt the effects come on as good as the first time.

Definitely helped me focus on what i was doing [ arm workout ]. Im pretty still amped up - i dosed about 3 hours ago.

one of these days i'm gonna try 1 cap then 3 hours later pop another...maybe tomorrow?..haha

today had ~1994 calories

i feel i do better with at least 1 meal in me before any workout - today had breakfast and lunch prior to dosing 1 cap

today's workout:

5 min walk -> 10- 40 sec heavybag intervals (muay thai work)/ 20 sec rest intervals -> crossramp 5 mins-> 6-20 sec work/10 sec rest -> 10 min steady state

Pyro is still kicking in smoothly just like the 1st day. Effects are not overwhelming at 1 cap.

Noticeable fatigue resistance on heavybag - lately have been gassing out badly on 6 intervals & half-assing it on the crossramp, but Pyro seems to have helped

Focus/energy levels are excellent while 'stim'd` - it seems as if the effects taper off after 4 hours & i don't notice the"crash" effect that some people say about thermo's

todays weight = 183.6
starting weight = 187.4 (empty stomach on 10/26)

11/6 [tuesday]
decided to dose 1 at ~10 a.m. then another at ~3 p.m. to equal 2 doses. Didn't hit as hard as I thought it would - maybe cuz it was a whole 5 hours later; also had a couple slices of pizza for lunch - i'm thinking maybe the fat might have 'softened' the impact of the stim?

Either way, it was cardio day. Got on the crossRamp, did 4 min warm-up & 8 -20sec work/ 10 sec rest intervals -> 10 mins steady state.

I've been noticing my heart rate getting up to ~108 bpm within a minute of just warm-up - it usually doesn't go up that fast - which im guessing it's a good thing. i sweated a lot harder too. Usually i start off sweating slowly, this time around it seemed as if it just started pouring quick! overall, i been sweating thru my shirts a lot!

11/7

Did wed workout for MadCow and killed it. Actually switched out their DL plan with a 5/3/1 vers. I was on on-point & dialed-in. Stim effect may have gone down just a bit, but the focus is still there.

11/11

so i dosed 1 cap around 12pm then another a little before 2pm

i'm thinking i have developed a light tolerance to Pyro-Rx, which is common for me & all the stims i've ever taken.

at 2 caps with about 2 hours in between, i feel the energy and focus is right on where it was as when I dosed it the 1st time.

Weight on 11/3 = 183.6 [empty stomach]
Weight is now = 11/12 186.2 [ after 2 meals]

i'm not even trying to lose weight & the weight is coming off

so back on track ..had a family issue come-up.

actually took a couple days off to see if i could "relive" the 1st day effects - it worked. Still creeps on slowly and allows to me work out with exceptional focus. Like before, it almost makes me want to not rest between sets. The energy still comes on clean and leaves w/o a crash effect.

11/27 Deads:
255x3, 285x3, 320x3, 345x1, 345x1

Shrugs, smith machine:
305x3x12

Seated hamstring curls:
85x3x12

11/29 Chest workout

Chest

Bench Press: 240x7, 260x5, 275x3
245x7, 265x5, 280x3

Considering the events that took place on Thanksgiving -workouts have been good - changed my bench prog. to a 7/5/3 format. Focus and energy is still good - although not as potent as the first day, it's still doing a fine job of helping me get dialed in for my workouts. Still sweating a ton during my workouts

12/3 workout - Chest

inc bench: 245x7, 265x5, 280x3
255x7, 275x5, 290x3

db pullovers: 40x15, 45x15

inc DB bench: 55x15, 70x12, 85x12

pec deck: 100x15, 115x2x12

Tri's

Elbows out DB extensions: 30x3x15

overhead cable extension, rope handle: 100x15, 115x2x12

v-Bar pushDowns: 130x3x12

Definitely dialed-in for this workout. It def. helps taking a day or 2 off to allow for my body to become "un-desensitized." By that I mean, i took a couple days off, then when i dosed 1 cap for this workout - like i did in my other workout - it felt like Day 1 again. Energy still comes on smooth & maintains it strength thru-out the workout. Still sweating a ton!

12/4 - Back

Rack Deads, mid-shin: 240x5, 275x5, 310x5, 225x5
Yates rows:135x3x11
Seated rows: 115x11, 130x2x11
Stiff arm pulldowns: 115x2x15
Pulldowns: 130x3x12

Cardio: Tabata intervals on bike = 20 mins total

So, had a cup of coffee about 2...maybe 3 hours prior to taking 1 cap. I got to my workout and I was sweating a lot more than usual..a lot! So i guess a little more caffeine is all Pyro needs to kick u in the ass a lil more. Focus & intensity still there and even had energy to hit some h.i.i.t on the ex. bike.

12/7 - Legs

Back squats:
-135x15, 165x12, 205x10, 225x8, 235x2x8

Leg curls:
-25x15, 35x12, 35x8, 25x10

Gym was closing, so had to get out quick. Energy and focus is still on point. I should be resting more in between sets, but Pyro is making me feel like I need to do work.
