Alright guys, so I just received my IForcein the mail a moment ago. I am anxious to get this started because I have had problems falling and staying asleep for a while now.
Ps this is David's twin brother (identical) and roommate Rex, I will be logging this.
I'm 24 years old, been training for 3 years but I'm just now really getting into it, diet and all
Current supps: whey protein, , and compete, multivitamin
Training: 3 days on, off, repeat( legs, push, pull) +20min cardio
I am open to advice on here. So let me hear it!
