    Turinabol/Dermacrine lv Log


    Figured I would start an extensive log of supps workout plan and diet, so others including myself will learn. Please feel free to give any opinions good or bad.

    Creatine( maybe)

    Bulk Cissus

    Taurine( on hand)

    Will try and get pictures up as well, had my BF check by a trainer at my gym using 8 point caliper test, was at night, i also use calipers at my house to check and have a handheld one at gym to check bf% anyway they all agree im 5% but i def do not look close to that maybe its a lack of muscle mass idk but i think im about 7-9%.

    Should i take pics flexed or not?

    I will log all workouts
    and most if not all of my diets during cycle

    front squats and pushups 21/15/9 for time, than hit the bag for a little.

    4oz chicken brown rice -1 cup
    6 oz salmon brown rice-half cup
    1 cup pasta/ shrimp veggies 1 cup
    ww ppj

    going to be upping cals as i progess this coming week

    Hey ryan, when i jump into cycle should i dose anything apart of eachother, i remember reading that liver supps should be dosed apart from Tbol, but what about DERM and TBOL?

    update: the storm knocked my power out so i have not been able to update..

    have been hitting it hard in the gym, but diet hasnt been perfect, because of the power loss.
    yesterday i hit chest and tris

    flat DB - 45-15/ 70-8/80-5
    machine fly- 100-12/ 140-8/ 160-6/ 160-6
    incline DB- 60->35- drop set 10 rep-8 rep
    push ups burn out

    Tricep cable extension
    skull crushers- 80- 12/ 90- 9/ 90-8
    dips- burnout

    Squats 135-12/ 175-8/ 215-6/ 215-5(felt shakey)
    Deadlift 135-15/ 185- 10/ 225- 7 / 135-15 ( my grip was holding be back, never used straps for deads but might try it out)
    legpress 180- 15/ 270- 12/ 360- 9/ 450- 7

    Today is my first dose
    starting and staying at 60mg to see how it goes, then may or may not head up to 90
    As for Derm ill be taking 4ml(bid) to begin with then may move to 5ml (bid)

    front and side raises 15lb- 20reps/ 17.5lb- 15reps/20lb - 12reps
    clean & press 85lb- 15rep/ 95lb- 8rep/ 85lb-10rep
    KB strict press 16kg- 10rep/ 16kg -9 rep
    rear delt fly- 15lb- 15rep/ 20lb- 12reps/ 22.5- 12reps
    Muscle ups 4 sets

    Squat- 185- 10/ 210- 7/ 210-6
    leg extensions- 90-15/ 110- 12/ 130-8
    Leg press- 180- 15/ 360- 12/ 450-7
    leg curl- 100- 15/ 120- 10/ 140- 8

    hit calves after and come core work as well

    What i noticed today was my legs were much more vascular then ive ever seen, i saw veins in my quads

    todays weight was 145
