It is in these times that all petty squabbles have to be put aside and you just end up being the good person you are supposed to be so that you can be there to help others see the light at the end of the bleak and gloomy tunnel.
In essence, my point here is...for all you on the east coast my prayers do go out to you and by all means cherish those closest to you because mother nature is ruthless and unforgiving. At the end of the day though, through all of the destruction perhaps there will be the birth of something new and wonderful.
Just stay optimistic and keep your head up.
Cheers!

Diet...... Ehhhh. A few days ago they had pizza at work. I gave in, ate a slice. Then started thinking about the last time i had a warm meal. Then..i was like, when is the next time ill have a warm meal???
So i ate 4 more slices, and stole another 4 to take home for the family. Got them home and had my wife heat them on the bbq for my boys..lol.. Wtf? - 11-05-2012, 07:20 AM
BBQ'd pizza! I'm down for that! If it can be grilled I will do so before any other method.
That looks like a pretty heavy leg curl. What's the first exercise? I'm assuming squats.

My bad its leg extensions. It should be squats. But have a little tightness in my back and didnt want to fuk with it to much. The deads were light just for a strech.

Yesterdays diet
Up, dosed , hit the gym for some quick cardio and planks. Abs realy coming throught. I might be dropping weight to fast. Prob will add a few more cals to my diet. I will re-evaluate it tonight. Maybe post a pic later.
I know i need to post a quick mid cycle review on Drive and IGF2. Will try to get it done tonight.
Kind of excited. Results alot quicker then i expected. Looking good and feeling great. really loving the combo, hating on med, his stack is insane - 11-06-2012, 10:09 AM
Nice man. Don't hurt to start showing some abs. I started bulking a little soon and they are nowhere around now. haha

Im getting there hope to keep the momento. I have been about here b4. But never realy had abs. Feel confident this time around.
Dont know if i mentioned this b4. The labels says 3 Drive for my weight, but 4 pre work out is doing me justice! - 11-06-2012, 01:52 PM

I like your 40/40/20, this I what I am shooting for. carbs will be strictly broccoli, colli and Brussels. 2500- 3000cal should be a good @200lbs I think. I will be doing cardio then...

I agree for the most part. Bulking should definitely not be done in a rapid manner. Cutting however can be done with a much faster pace as long as the proper fat and protein content are involved and carb cycling is used precisely. However, that is just my opinion so take it as you will.
Cheers!

Generally my first 4 weeks of a true "cut" are SKD. I drop pretty fast in those first few weeks with very minimal loss in lean mass. I also like that I give my system a break from having a diet higher in carbohydrates. After 4-6 weeks I reintroduce carbs and cycle them in a basic manner. To each their own.

Exactly. Everyone is different. As they say there is no such thing as a magic pill or a magic training style that works for everyone. In fitness there are concepts I believe are uniform and universal, but even then they have to be tailored to the individual.
Cheers my friend!

The universal: calories in vs calories out and 8-10hrs fasting.
The conditional: proportions of macronutrients and food choices.

Yep, you live you learn. Diet is a art on its own. And prolly as or more important then excersie.
Org... As far as this storm...fuk it. I already got a generator and electric heater and grill. Im ready!!
Close.. But missed, nah not to bad though.
Tommorow hitting back. Going to try to get to the gym a few minutes earlier and get more work in.
