    My weight has stayed about the same over the past 6 weeks down about only 1-2 lbs. The real change is that I've lost about 2 inches in my waist!!

    Usually translates to about 8 to 10 lbs fat loss so that's significant...

    So 3 leg workouts in a row I managed another PR!!! Legs are still work in progress for me so I'm very happy with where I'm at right now.. Crea trona has helped me squeeze out these extra sets. The couple of days rest over the Holiday really motived me to get back at it and crush some PRs!!

    Abs:
    Weighted cruch machine: 70x35, 80x30, 80x25
    Standing Cable crunches 80lbs x 35x 3
    Decline situps:50x3
    Ab coaster Plus 40lb: 3 sets of 25
    Standing oblique crunches: 45lb plate 25 each side x 3
    Flat bench leg raises 3 sets till fail

    Legs:
    Hammer strenght leg press: 315x 18, 365x 16, 405x12, 455x10, 505 x 8 PR!!!
    Hammer strenght Hack squats: 315x16, 365x16, 405x10, 455x8 PR!!!
    Leg extentions: 100x18, 120x 16, 140x16, 160x14, 180x10
    Hamstring extensions: 70x16, 80x12, 90x10
    Standing calf raises: 140x20, 160x16, 160x14, 120x14

    Had some extra time so I did some chest and bi's just because I felt good still

    Cardio: 20 mins HIIT

    Who has DOMS today from my leg workout??? Me really felt it today!!! My chest and bi's have lost some strenght since I've been focused on leggs and back.. So tonight I pushed it up alittle and going to get my strenght back up! Look what happen yet again another PR!!! got to love it felt real strong and fired up.. I've been uncapping 10 crea trona's and mixing it in all different PW's I have. Last night I went with a non stim PW and crea trona definitly gave me more endurace than I ussually have from taking it alone.. Sad part is I think I only have enough for 3 more workouts

    Abs:
    Standing Cable crunches 80 lbs: 35 reps x3
    Flat bench leg lifts: 3 sets x 35
    iso ball cruches with 20lb. DB :150 reps
    decline situps: 3 sets 40

    Chest:
    BB flat bench: 155X20, 185x16, 225x12, 245x8, 275x6
    DB incline bench:85x12, 95x10,70x14
    db incline flys: 50x18, 55x16, 55x14
    Standing Cable Flys: 65x18,65x18,70x16,75x14
    hammer strenght iso bench press:185x 3 sets till fail

    Bi's:
    straight bar standing cable curls:110x16, 120x14, 140x12, 150x8 PR! (could have done more but it was the full rack!)
    Standing high pully cable curls: 45x14, 50x12, 55x12,
    standing DB curls: 40x16, 45x12, 50x8
    precor preacher curls: 60x20, 70x16, 80x12 90x10
    Seated low pully cable curls seated: 40x16, 45x16, 40x16

    Cardio:
    18 mins HIIT

  22. Final Review:

    Let me start by once again thanking Finaflex and DW for choosing me to log Crea trona!! It's been a great product and Finaflex is a awsome company. This was my first try with any of their products and it won't be my last I've already bought 2 other products from thier lineup.. I'm going to list some of the things that stood out for me with Crea trona.

    Endurance/Strenght: This was probably the best part about Crea trona! I started this log at the begining of my PCT from a PH run, as you guy's know we all can use all the help we can get once the PH wears off. Crea trona help me set about 4 PR's in PCT and I was able to add 2-3 more reps to most of my sets.

    Cost: Now my 2 bottles were free but for the cost it is definetly worth the purchase( I did buy more ). No preloading which is always nice. Also they had a BOGO on NP which I took advantage of as well.

    Pump: This was different than your normal PW pump for me it was a full body swoll feeling. After about 15 mins of lifts I would feel a full body pump not just a pump in the area I was working that day. Additional you get a sort of electric feeling if you take the whole dose once a day about 30 mins PW. This was how I dosed it and it really shined for me this way.


    In Final, it's been for me the best Creatine product I've tried. No bloat or pre load and I could acually feel the difference when I take it. I would call crea trona a pre workout because when I dosed it that way I notice a much better effect from the product. I have purchased the powder form and add it to all my pre workouts for a additional kick. I would advise anyone who had written creatine off to give Crea trona a try you'll be glad you did..

  25. Good reason it's the best you've tried ... it's the best there is...You make a good point about PCT, you need the boost and Crea-tron will give it to you. I recomend 8 weeks after cycle and you get throught pct and those critical days into bridge. Makes being off cycle al the more tollerable...hey if you're getting PR's so much the fuggin better .. hell Yes!!!
