  1. bcazo... I saw that you said you found your sweet-spot at around 8-10caps, how are those workouts with that dose, are you feeling massive pumps, additional energy, hitting daily or weekly PR's, etc? I apologize for not being around as much, hence why we added Kleen & Snags to the team, because I've been doing a lot more inside sales here making phone calls and what-not for FINAFLEX. So, was just looking for an update, mini-review of what your thoughts are thus far? That and just like I asked Tyga on his thread, if you could post this same mini-review and your feelings about FINAFLEX, our products as a whole and the products you have tried/tested on to our FaceBook Fan-Page, that would be soooo AWESOME!   2. DAY 12

    So 2 leg workouts in a row I managed another PR!!! Legs are still work in progress for me so I'm very happy with where I'm at right now.. Crea trona has helped me squeeze out these extra sets.

    Abs:
    Standing Cable crunches 80lbs x 35x 3
    Decline situps:50x3
    Standing oblique crunches: 45lb plate 25 each side x 3
    Flat bench leg raises 3 sets till fail

    Legs:
    Hammer strenght leg press: 275x 20, 315x 18, 365x 16, 405x12, 455x10 PR
    Hammer strenght Hack squats: 315x16, 365x16, 405x10
    Leg extentions: 100x18, 120x 16, 140x16, 160x14
    Hamstring extensions: 70x16, 80x12, 90x10
    Standing calf raises: 140x20, 160x16, 160x14, 120x14

    Traps:
    BB shrugs: 135x20, 185x16, 205x16, 225x12
    DB Shrugs: 85x16, 90x14, 95x12

    No Cardio Legs were shoot!!

    I just started my second bottle of Crea trona so I feel it's time for my middle way thoughts. First off I've been lurking Finaflex products for awhile and this is my first product I've tried and not going to be my last. Never realized what a great group of guys behind these products! They truely believe and use all that they sell not just some sales person looking to move product. So if and when you have questions you can get first hand experience which is priceless!! Another thing that stands out to me is the quality control of the company, I'm the guy who opens caps and looks at the product. I've notice that every cap has the same amount in them which is not the case with a lot of other companys. So you are getting exactly what you pay for!

    As for Crea trona itself, at this point I'm impressed! I don't want to spill it all now but I've see no bloat from this product which for me is big since I'm on a cut. I dose it all PW and I acually feel it start to kick in which I have never experienced with creatine before. I just came off a PH cycle so I can't give an honest opion on strenght since my cycle did alot for me. I will say that endurance has really shined with Crea trone and extra 1-2 sets come with ease. Thats it for now so back to the log!!!

  6. Day 13
    This was my unlucky # 13 workout, just one of those days I had to fight with myself to go to the gym.. I figure a bad workout is better than no workout so I picked myself up and went. I took it easy because my left shoulder has been acting up again! Took my ignite @ and 8 crea trona's and wouldn't you know it about 15 mins inthe the workout I got a second wind an managed a good workout. All sets were very slow and controlled with alot of negative! By the end of it my tri's were pumped as a mother!!! Got to love this stuff..


    Abs:
    Standing cable curls: 80lbsx35x3
    Decline situps: 3 sets till fail
    Exercise ball Crunches:50x3
    Side bends: 45lb plate 3 sets 25 each side

    Shoulders:
    BB seated military press: 135x20, 175x12, 175x12, 185x10
    Precor side raises: 70x16, 70x14, 85x10
    Standing db Front raises: 25x20, 25x16, 30x14

    Tri's
    Rope cable pull downs: 100x18, 100x16, 110x14
    overhead seated v bar extentions: 50x20, 50x20, 60x114
    Single arm cable extensions: 40x 18, 40x18, 50x14

    Cardio: 20 mins speed walk

    I'm still in PCT, I'm enjoying Creatrona and ignite2 both are soild product I posted a mini review yesterday

  15. Day 15

    Today was my sons 4 year old birthday so big party at my house. Workout was at night after everyone left cardio only. I was beat from the party so took my crea trona and ignite2 and jumped on my treadmill. I love this combo got me going for a good workout at 10:30 pm


    Cardio:
    Speed walk: 45 mins at 6.5 incline speed of 4.2. Banged out 3.1 miles and burned 600 calories. Needed this cause I ate like a pig today

    Man.. i need to start using my eliptical again, forgot about that sucker. Got to treat yourself every once in awhile, i think your sons birthday was the perfect time!

  21. Good to see you still breaking PR's in PCT man. You notice any increase in pumps and fullness outside of working out? As in kind of an all day fullness type effect?

  23. Good on you getting something done after the party.... yah I could be up most of the night and wouldn't be afraid to knock back some of this combo and hit the gym... I'd be dead afterwards but the workout would be fine.

    You noticed the PR!! nice right I'm very happy so far. As for the pump here is what my experience has been. I dose all 8-10 pills at once PW, Doing so I notice that once I start to lift the blood is pushed into the muscel and I get a great full body pump or Swole feeling which will last the rest of the night. Now if you spread the dose out throughout the day you may get more of a full day pump not sure.. For the price it's worth giving crea trona a try..

  27. Day 16
    Off! My 11 month old has been keeping us up the last 2 nights teething so I was shot! Fell asleeep at 9:00 and I woke up at 6:30 this morning!. Ahh now I feel refreshed going to murder chest tonight!!!
