    Neovar is a creatine product, right? What is rpm, a fat burner? Is that effecting your appetite, or is it just the fact that you're up early?
    I know you blaze, doesn't that help your appetite, or does it not have that effect any more?

    Neovar is a creatine supplement and RPM is a pre-workout supplement. The stims in RPM could provide some appetite suppression.

    Its the rpm. I normally eat a Big breakfast.
    Helps a bit but not much. Only really works for pain now.

  15. Ok let me make up for Tuesday and Wednesday. I took today off due to family emergency. Pills all the same, except no RPM today.

    Tuesday BACK

    Abs – hanging Leg raises 3 x 20
    Ab Machine – 100 x 15 x 3

    A little stiff from the weather, but Back day was good. 2 caps rpm is defiantly the way to go for now. Appetite was still suppressed until mid afternoon, I ate ¾ of a large 18”" shepherd pie for dinner. Hit roughly 3000 cal today

    (FAV) Arnold Press 40 x 15 x3
    DB Lat Raise 20 x 15 x3 (felt easier than last week….Supps??? maybe)
    DB Front Raise 20 x15 x3 (this too was a touch easier)
    Reverse peck Deck (rearD) 75 x15, 90 x15, 105x15 (left shoulder pops while doing this, not painful, but uncomfortable, but manageable.
    DB Shrugs (per hand) 75x 15, 80 x15, 90 x15

    No abs.

    Workout was great, some Mudvayne and an empty gym. The raising of the DB laterial and front raising was noticeably easier. Vascularity is slightly more noticeable. I feel a little harder, not sure if I am but I feel it. Mentally I feel great. I am not a fan of my reflection, I am never satisfied with my body (like a woman) my wife hates that side of me. But I do feel a little more “positive” looking in the mirror today.
    Appetite not so suppressed today, was able to eat all meals at normal times. Post w/o meal was a little forced.

  16. Not a real fan of arnold presses.. They never seemed to agree with me, so when i do (although i rarely do ohp anymore) i just stick to dumbell seated presses / bb presses
