    Wow, what a pump today. My chest looked full under my APPNUT tee. Felt great, was never really sure what to expect with RPM. 3 had me pacing and jamming around. Decline is new to me starting this week. After all the decline talk in the other threads, I had to add it.
    RPM is killing my appetite, I hope this is temporary. NOTHING is making me hungry. This is not a good day for food.

    Getting hungry now. Going to have to jam 2500 in at dinner

    RPM Uncapped is the way to go for sure, it will hit you harder and faster. Good workout for under 60 minutes.

  25. Thanks guys. Went back to 2 caps rpm this morning still trying to figure this dose. 3 was a bit much I think lol.

    5.5hrs sleep was wide eyed at 3:30, gym opens at 5 and isn't far....

    Phuckin hard to eat, forcing a pb banana sammich on 12grain. 1/3 left an shoving it down.
